I was driving through tumwater when the guy in his company vehicle nearly rear ended me several times. Only when he stopped inches off my bumper for the 5th time and I flipped him off did he finally back off and stayed way back.

Man this guys is so bad at driving his big blue bulky van. He literally wanted to get hit that, but luckily I was not driving fast. He sped through my right of way like some mad man. I’m the second one to leave this type of a review, I hope he starts driving safe on the road!

This spring Al agreed to repair my senior disabled mother’s furnace. Repairs were costly and outside her budget but luckily she received emergency assistance to pay for the cost of repairs. Al got busy with summer time emergencies and assured her he’d be out to do the repairs when he got caught up and that he ordered the parts.
Today we called to see when he could come out after not hearing from him for awhile. He stuttered around and now claims that the furnace is just to old and he can’t fix it.
So here she is, it’s freezing, sick with pneumonia, she’s on disability, and he bailed on her. No integrity.

We had out to repair our ac unit. He showed up same day we called and had the parts in his van to repair the problem. He made some suggestions for improvements to prolong the life of our heat pump/furnace. His price was reasonable and explained everything he would do to get the ac working same day.

Great team. I am very happy with their work. Air conditioning is top notch.

The upstairs wasn’t cooling properly. The technician checked airflow and adjusted a few dampers. It took a little trial and error, but he stayed until it felt balanced. Big improvement now. Glad we addressed it.

We've worked with Erik twice and will keep going back to him. He's knowledgeable and friendly. When our heat pump stopped working, he came all the way to Enumclaw, removed an unfortunate dead frog that had short-circuited the unit, and didn't charge us for the repair. Full of integrity and skill.

Thanks so much for the awesome work Erik and team! We love our new heat pump system which was installed in only 2 days at a great price.
