Constraction reviews in Granview, Washington

From start to finish, Pantoja's Construction did an excellent job with replacing our shed roof after the recent windstorm. They care about their customer, and it shows in their professionalism, communication and attention to detail. We would highly recommend them!

What a great experience with Pantoja's construction! I got his contact info from my neighbor who is also a very kind and caring person, who notified me about my missing roof vent. I called Pantoja's construction, he came to my home within an hour and fix my vent, repair 3 others and some other additional sealing jobs without even asking. I strongly recommend this company for your home works.

This is great roofing company. They not only did a great job installing but they kept me up to date on everything. They dealt with the insurance company providing them all information requested quickly and were able to articulate to insurance company reasons to approve. Strongly recommend!!

The inspector just said it was perfect. He seemed impressed. Pantoja had the fastest and most convenient service as well as the lowest bid. For the same warranty, they came in at $3000 below the competition.

After shopping around to get multiple quotes we decided to go with Pantoja’s Construction for our roof and and siding replacement project. The price was very competitive, great quality, great communication, and the job was completed ahead of schedule. We are very happy we chose Pantoja’s Construction and would highly recommend them to others!

I used this company to replace the roof on my cabin in the Cashmere area (between Leavenworth and Wenatchee). They were the most responsive when I was looking for a company to do the roof and remained communicative throughout the process with me -giving me updates on the materials, permits Etc. Even including the driving mileage from Tri-Cities to Cashmere they were competitive on the price. I was also impressed with their use of technology to get an estimate on a quote without having to charge me for the time to visit the property because they were able to use satellites- and then reconfirmed information and estimate in person when we met to sign and proceed. They also ripped out an old deck for a very affordable addition to the roof job.
Overall great experience and would recommend.

Pantojas did a great job for my clients - they inspected the roof and then replaced it when it no longer made sense to repair. They were speedy and timely and got it replaced in one day! My clients were so impressed! I’m only posting on their behalf because they are not tech savvy. We will definitely be recommending and using them again in the future.

We highly recommend Pantoja’s Construction, Inc. for residential roofing. We first met the owner and a salesperson when we asked for their inspection of our 30-year-old roof on our two-story home, which includes two levels of roofing. They inspected the first story roof and noted that we perhaps could wait for two to five years before replacement. However, when they inspected the second story roofing, they found surprising windward shingle damage; these shingles were repaired sometime before we purchased the home. (Other inspectors, including the inspector who reviewed the house before we purchased it, missed this damage.) While the roof did not leak, these “band aid” repairs concerned us. We also received additional bids from other roofing companies. Ultimately, we chose Pantoja’s Construction. They patiently reviewed different roofing options, including entry level through premium roofs; we chose the latter.

Removal of the old roofing material, in particular, is messy. Although we said that daily cleanup was unnecessary until completion, from the tear off through the replacement of our roof the crew cleaned up during and at the end of each day. Moreover, the crew showed quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail like metal flashing, and pride in their work. We were very satisfied with the final product, the artistry, and the pleasantness of the crew. They also took care of the paperwork and permitting without our assistance. Without equivocation, we recommend Pantoja’s Construction.

Pantoja's construction crew did a great job replacing our roof. Really professional and on time. Out of our 5 estimates we got, theres was the best price for the value specially for the great quality. Highly recommend them 👌

This company is very professional and their pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Fernando and his men did a GREAT job installing a new roof on our house. Very happy with the professionalism of his men and in getting the job done in a timely manner. Fernando was very easy to work with, knows what he’s doing and answered all my questions. Don’t have to be concerned about a mess being left behind either. Highly recommend. Tony Andrews

I highly recommend Pantoja’s Construction. We hired Pantoja’s to re-roof our house in November 2023 and they went above and beyond our expectations. They were very quick to communicate, provide an estimate and get the job done.

Thank you Pantoja’s for doing such a great job and providing high quality materials and service at a very reasonable price.

If you are in the market for a roof - I highly recommend Pantoja’s. The quality, communication and price really sets them apart.

Fernando responded quickly and had my roof fixed with a few days. Very professional!

I recently had a new roof put on my house by Pantoja's, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The roof looks fantastic, clearly installed by a highly experienced crew. They used high quality materials from a respected and trusted brand, which gives me great peace of mind.

A special shoutout to Fernando, who was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. He answered all my questions and helped me make decisions as if he were installing a roof on his own home. I'm so glad I chose this company for the job. If you're needing a new roof, I highly recommend going with Pantoja's!

Looking for an EXCELLENT company to re-roof your home? Look no further than Pantoja's Construction! Their employees are professional, personable, and efficient. They make it easy to stay in contact throughout the process and are just terrific to work with. Not only did they complete our entire roof, but they also cleaned up spotlessly and handled the permit process completely. It's rare to find a company that provides such exceptional service these days. We highly recommend Pantoja's Construction to anyone in need of roofing services! They do siding also and I would have no hesitation to hire them for that also.

Pantojas Construction is one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. They followed through with every communication and appointment, their bid was reasonable, and they did a great job replacing the roof on our cabin. We definitely recommend Pantojas.

The whole crew was great! Provided a very fair price for the work that needed to be done. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up as they went. Can't go wrong with this group

It took me over a month of taking estimates and checking out companies. Pantoja's was a late entry. Their price was very in line with my own estimated cost of re roofing the house. I live in Pilot Rock, They came out and gave me a firm number. They installed a GAF roof system that looks absolutely STELLAR. They were extremely fast, very professional and spot on in quality installation with no surprises nor change orders.
As a 40 year retired Electrical Construction Superintendent I recognize a good Organization when I see one. Pantoja's and especially Fernando Munoz is highly recommended for any improvement projects. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Great Job!!!

Fernando and installation crew were top notch. Fair price for a high quality installation and ahead of schedule completion. Thank you guys!!!

Absolutely the best contractor I have worked with. Friendly, responsive, honest, quick, and do great work. They did a great job on our roof and I will absolutely use them for siding in a few years. I feel like I won the lotto by getting a referral to Pantojas!

Pantoja’s construction was a great company to work with for our new roof. They came out quickly to measure and got us a quote within a day or so. Their price was the best out of all the bids we got. The work was done well and looks great. The crew worked hard and were very respectful of our property while they were here. We’re really happy we went with them!
