Pat wired our home back in 2022. Since then, we’ve called him for help with a few projects, (for our bar lighting, dusk-to-dawn lighting, breaker work, etc.) and he has always been prompt and provided top-notch service. He’s a real local go-to for electrical work. Everyone I've worked with at Kilmer Electric is professional, knowledgeable, and likeable. I highly recommend them if you get the opportunity.

New to Spokane, so I was apprehensive when needing some electrical work on our new (old) home. Suffice to say, the first two guys who gave estimates did *nothing* to alleviate my concerns. Bad vibes. They didn't communicate well and were clearly trying to take advantageous of my novice knowledge with outrageous estimates. I didn't feel comfortable at all. Thank goodness I found Kilmer Electric through Home Depot! Great family business. Pat and his son, Bryson, made it an outstanding experience. They were both friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, and answered all my questions. Plus their rates were quite reasonable. It was the best possible experience I could've hoped for. I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely call them again. Highly recommend Kilmer Electric to anyone who needs residential work done.

Kilmer Electric did an outstanding job installing a 220 circuit and emergency shutoff for our hot tub/Spa at our new home. It was a more complicated job since the lower level of our house is fully finished and the hot tub location is on the opposite side of the home from the electrical panel. The crew was professional, hard working, and did a good job cleaning up after the job was over. Well done!

Nothing but unprofessional. Had me scheduled for a day, then had to r/s due to Jason having kidney stones. So was set for a Thurs/Friday and said would call if they could move us up. Never called and showed up on a Tuesday when nobody was home. Then had to r/s to the following week.
Job took longer than anticipated. I wanted a light switch in a wall outside a door for my pantry, but if it did not work I did not want it. He did not listen or verify the location I wanted it and drilled a hole inside my pantry for a light.
Part of the issues was the porch lights not working. After they were done with the job they still did not work. Took another 1-2 weeks for someone to come back and try to figure it out. He could not, then had to wait longer for Jason to come. Jason yelled at my husband over the phone b/c he expressed his disappointment. My husband never raised his voice. Finally got it all fixed, but not worth it.
I'm sure there is more I'm forgetting, but Jason is nothing but a complainer and full of excuses.

Used them to move a breaker panel and place one in the garage to bring our house up to code. They were one of the less expensive bids we received. J and J did a great job, were prompt and kept us in the loop through out the whole process. They also came out and respected their warranty. We've had numerous contractors in the house afterwards and they all comment how great their work looks. Would definitely use them again.

Can't say enough about J & J Electric. Jason, Steve and Mike were professional and did a great job installing a new 220 line and other assorted electrical repairs. My house was built in 1978. I was having an issue with electrical in the garge. I appreciated how knowledgable the technicians are when efficiently trouble shooting the issue. It was great having them help me understand and learn as they answered my questions. Their professional-skilled and didn't make the issue, for myself, so intimidating. They knew, quickly, what it was and that was great! Thank you!!

Jason, Mike, and Bradlee were a pleasure to work with. What started as a kitchen and bath remodel, morphed into an entire level rewire, with recessed lighting throughout, and a panel upgrade. The project presented unforeseen difficulties which proved to be no issue for these guys, and they communicated through the entire process.

J&J Electrical did a wonderful job at my residence. They did a complete basement Ruffin all the way to finish. They also added a sub panel, a generator panel and all the wiring to two of my shops. A very professional company. They always showed up on time with a call ahead to make sure we were ready and check back in periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly.
