Called Walter earlier this week on Monday - set up a time for him to stop by the property on Saturday, called to follow-up once he no showed after the set time and still no response. Officially a no call no show. Found his advertisements on Craigslist, sounds like a nice guy, but do not recommend wasting your time.
Seems like others had ok experiences - this review is updated to 4 stars for benefit of a doubt, Walter responded to me 3 years ago.

Wally, with Gator landscaping, did an amazing job clearing a pile of trees that landed on my home during a wind storm . The level of experience with his machines is unmatched.

Great contractor for all types of jobs, large or small. We have worked with Gator Landscaping for a while, and he always delivers on time and on-budget. Would definitely recommend for any kind of construction or landscaping project!
