Cory wss extremely professional, in time and got the job really well done. I noticed didn't rush through any of the carpet cleaning steps.
The carpets are looking as good as New. we have pets at home and the supplies they used, took all the stains away

I received Cory‘s information from a friend that had just used his service. Her quote was ‘He can remove anything from a carpet’. I contacted Cory about a rental property, he came within a couple days and did a wonderful job getting stains out and even coming back a second time when needed. I would 100% recommend Corey and Upkeep.

Cory did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. We had plenty of stains, mostly from an elderly dog. Now our carpets are wonderfully clean and look almost new. Cory communicated well and was very reliable. We highly recommend Cory for any carpet cleaning job!

Cory did an amazing job on our carpets, rugs, and sectional! He was meticulous and professional from the get-go, starting from the initial walkthrough assessment and down to every detail and corner. Cory is also knowledgeable about what solutions should be used on which fabrics and surfaces. We’re usually kind of precious about our velvet sectional but trusted him to do a good job (and he did). We were so happy with how things turned out that we have already pre-booked our next cleaning and plan to use Cory as our go-to.

At first I thought upkeep does only carpets cleaning, but after reaching out to the owner Cory he said they do windows interior and exterior cleaning too.
I had used his service twice for exterior and interior window cleaning now. Very communicative, on time and consistent quality every time. No streaks, no drips, no mess left behind. Now all my windows are spotless.
It’s totally worth it to keep them on a regular schedule. Highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Carpet whisperer. Cory’s is an artisan skilled with carpet cleaning. He salvaged and beautifully cleaned our carpets renewing them and ridding us of some dog accidents. An excellent service well worth every dollar. He came back after and pressure washed the driveway and porch. Both services were professional jobs. I highly recommend.

Very rude and argued back when I tried to explain something about how much they were charging me but she just kept repeating the same thing over and over again without addressing the concern.

The male employee/owner(?) Assured me they did alterations, however when I brought my things in the woman said no they don't. Waste of time, so cannot recommend.

TerrTerrible customer service. Took shirt in to be starched. When picking up found deep wrinkles on front. Took back to have redone. Attendent apologized and offered to have redone so left lt with her. Returned 2 days later to pick up but found Same wrinkles, no change. A different clerk from 1st one, said can't be done because shirt was a slim style. She said "machine too big, can't do". I asked for a refund of my $3.69 (approx.) Clerk with arrogant attitude said no refund! I said not done correctly. Again requested refund, she would not do. I will never return and would discourge others as well. All for $3 and change!

Good results and turn around time. Would have liked for then to call to check if a shirt costs $6 to dry clean as opposed to $2 because it is manual press. Good place to check out though.

Very expensive for the sub-par customer service and condescending attitude from store employee about their prices. Do you think this is Beverly Hills or something for you to charge someone $26 for a shirt and pants ?!? Definitely taking future business elsewhere.

They did great with my first alterations. Taking my wedding suit and pants to them for alterations on Friday or Saturday. I only trust them with such an important task. Great prices too, especially for the city of Issaquah.
