Those that we dealt with for our job were Robbie, Tristan and Jesse and were all great to work with. They were always courteous, pleasant and very professional in their separate roles and worked well together. We had a new, raised weatherhead and new breaker box installed, and in the process a transfer switch and a 50 amp inlet to allow us to hook up a generator directly to the new breaker box.

We had work done for our Furnace and Heatpump in conjunction with Service Patriots. They did great work and quickly addressed any issue on inspection.

Wired complete shop was a lot of electrical. Mainline service. 200 Amp service panel, all wiring, including lights, outlets. Dan and Cesar were professional, did what I wanted. Asked questions as to the needs of the shop. Dan is a great leader and patient teacher. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would definitely use Rawhide electric in the future. Definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for for such a great job.

Dan, who has 31 years of experience was terrific! He definitely knew what was wrong and repaired our light fixture quickly. He even moved an outlet for us. He is very personable and was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Rawhide and Dan! 10 Stars!!

They worked with me when the installed my heat pump and when they came to service it. They are very friendly, professional and work with the military veterans. They did a GREAT job of installing and cleaning up after everything was done. I have recommended them; to a bunch of my friends.

I’ve had multiple occasions to use their services and they’ve been great. Last late afternoon, I had power go out in my kitchen. They fit me in first thing the next morning and arrived right on time to fix the problem. They gave me helpful tips and were very friendly and pleasant to talk with. I will be calling them again when I need anything electrical done in my house.

The electrician Dan and his apprentice Jesse were professional and personable. I felt comfortable having them in my home. Dan took the extra time to seat the cover plate flat against the wall, using his utility knife to gently shave off some of the wall texture in spots. He also checked that the plate was level as he screwed it into the wall. Not all electricians are this conscientious. He obviously wanted me to be pleased with their work.

Rawhide Electric installed a Mitsubishi Electric ductless heating and cooling system in my home to replace an old energy-sucking furnace.The Rawhide technicians were courteous, efficient, professional, and responsive to all my questions during and after installation. They gave me an additional discount when they saw a cosmetic dent on the outdoor unit. They handled all the energy rebate and warranty paperwork for me. My new system is quiet and works as promised, with lots of smart features such as a sensor that scans the room and makes adjustments based on the ambient room temperature readings. I am happy to recommend Rawhide Electric and this ductless heating system.

I received a "service reminder" from this company. It included predatory verbiage such as "Failure to do so may result in a VOIDED WARRANTY".

My HVAC system is provided by Carlson's Heating & Air Conditioning - who are wonderful and maintain the system perfectly. Whereas Rawhide seems fly-by-night and desperate for business based on their advertising approach. I suggest avoiding them.

We bought an air conditioner and furnace from rawhide over 3 years ago and had a great experience. Apparently the company was sold and I never heard from them until this summer. They said they were running a special to inspect our furnace. I said yes and they came and Inspected it and he said he also checked the air conditioner and it was fine. After he left, my air conditioner quit working. I thought maybe it was just the thermostat because he adjusted that. I called them back to check air conditioner. He tells me it is the compressor and it will cost $2200. They said they need to order part. Several months go by and I don't hear from them. I call and leave a message, no response. I call two more times and a female states they will get back to me. No one ever calls back. I am so glad they didn't call back. I called APEX and they fixed it right away for $325. There was nothing wrong with the compressor. I was lied to by this company and almost scammed out of $2200.

We have always had the best service with Service Patriots. Everyone is exceptional and professional to work with. No pressured sales , just the truth.

AJ & Jesse were onsite today to replace a badly engineered power pedestal with innovative and skillful work.
They arrived on time with exactly everything they needed to follow the estimate. They consulted with me when code requirements forced them to change the location of an accessory box.
Rawhide Electric is the only company I’ll call because they are consistently exceptional.

These guys were very professional and did fantastic work. I had an rv outlet put out by the carport, They trenched and everything, i just had surgery so they took care of it all. I will use and highly recommend if you need something done they are great.

I had used Williams heating and cooling who seemed to disappear Jacob came out and took care of several issues i had complained to williams about for years. He spent hours going through my system as if it was his own.

I had a service panel replaced, new lights and fixtures. All the work was completed on time. John and the electric crew were very professional.
Also had a ductless heat pump installed. That crew was also very professional.
I would high recommend using Rawhide Electric , for any electric and heating job.

I have just moved to the area and needed a ductless A/C unit installed in my home. I read reviews of Rawhide and decided to use their services. I couldn't be happier with their work and outstanding customer service. I love how clean and professional the work they have done looks. The units they installed for me are amazing and they stand behind everything they do from the work to the product, so I feel completely at ease. I’ll start off by saying that this company was apparently recently bought and is under new management. We have used Rawhide for years and up until the most recent encounter I would be leaving a 5 star review easily.

We recently got a call from Rawhide offering a $50 health check on our HVAC system. While on the call I asked if they could please bring a few extra filters I could purchase. The first clue something was off is when they said that one filter was going to be about $100. They had sold us 3 at their last service and it was $60 for the bundle. The service person got out to our place and was very friendly, but I was a little shocked when they handed me a suggested repairs list that was several thousands of dollars AND told me that our system was a serious fire hazard! They told me they would also like to schedule a salesman to come out and talk to us about an entirely new system due to the extensive repairs needed.
Skip forward to the salesman talking to us and he was telling us that they would schedule an emergency installation the next day due to how dangerous the system was and recommended that we not run it until then. Talk about high pressure sales!

We decided to go the repair route because we couldn’t afford the new unit, and when we went to look at our county rebate program, they were not endorsed by our Cowlitz PUD. We called one of the endorsed companies out and they said on the phone that this was the third call they had gotten that week describing the same situation following one of these “health checks” and when they got out to the house, nothing was wrong with the unit! They came out and inspected ours and it turned out there was nothing wrong with it at all and they saw no signs of it being a fire hazard.
The whole experience was a straight up hustle that almost cost us tens of thousands of dollars!

I would NOT recommend them at all they do not take care of their customers. Horrible install. Not level, used my items, left holes in the ceiling and on the wall. Among several other issues when asked for resolution they will not return calls or emails.

We loved the people at Rawhide, but when the rubber hits the road, Rawhide didn't help us. We spent over $30,000 with Rawhide over the past 2 years with a new furnace, new ductwork etc. After our power went out, our furnace and thermostat did not come back on. We called Rawhide to get service, and they told us it would be more than 2 weeks to get to us. For good customers that have spent a lot of money with Rawhide, I would expect more prompt service. Instead, we live without heat for two weeks. Not impressed. I'd advise you to spend your money with another company. Disappointed.

Kristina came out to diagnose our HVAC system and did an excellent job. She was very thorough in her diagnostic, and to the point.
