Did good job on roof and gutters, however it would have been nice if they would have cleaned two of my vertical down pipes that were clogged. Maybe 20 - 30 minutes to do both.

They treated the moss on my roof with a special product approved by the roofing manufacturer. They washed my windows, wiped my screens clean and even cleaned the window tracks and ledges. This is the 4th time I've had services performed by Chinook & I'll call them again next time I need something done.

The technician that came to our home was attentive to our requests and did an outstanding job of cleaning our windows. I will be staying with Chinook Services for all future window cleaning.

The only concern I have about Chinook is I called a few days in advance to potentially reschedule and did not get a call back. The person who came, Mike was great and gave me some good suggestions.

The Chinook carpet cleaning service person showed up on time, asked the right questions, we decided to clean an extra room and he did a great job! Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and I will definitely use Chinook services for carpet cleaning, in the future.

Chinnok Services "soft Washed" my roof and cleaned my gutters today. The did a great job and will use the again for sure. Reasonably priced and very courteous employees.

Friendly and professional. Showed on time and went straight to work. Very happy with the cleanliness of the Windows. Giving 4 stars as not as detailed on the window tracks as I would have liked, missed a few smaller windows, and left a blind off.

Just had my house soft wash and results were great. I was thinking I was going to have to paint it but not now. The technicians answered all my concerns and made adjustments to alleviate potential problems. I would diffently use them again and recommended them to my friends.

Let me start by saying that I have used Chinook many times in the past to perform both window washing and carpet cleaning, both personally and for my rental properties. I have always had good service from them and have even referred friends to them more than once. Unfortunately this last experience was unacceptable, and my attempts to reach the owner to provide private feedback (because I want his business to succeed and I want to keep using them!) have been unsuccessful. Hence I am posting this here in the hope it will get someone’s attention. I will list each issue separately.

1) My initial voicemail in early May was not returned for several days. When I followed up via email, Jenessa informed me she had been the only person in the office lately and was therefore running behind.

2) I requested window and carpet cleaning and to call the tenant directly to schedule based on their availability. This never happened; the tenant had to let me know over a week later she was still waiting for a call.

3) When I got Jenessa on a conference call with the tenant to schedule, we agreed on dates (they would be different days for the different services which was not a problem). However, while the carpet crew arrived as planned, the window crew never showed up and no one ever contacted me or the tenant.

4) When I learned of this, I called the office to request an explanation. She said she would look into it and get back to me. This never happened.

5) A week later, I called again and spoke to someone else, Charles. I told him what happened and that I wanted to know what went wrong with the crew. He assured me that he would speak with Jenessa the next day, compare notes, and call me back, though I got the sense I was a bother to him. the call back never happened.

6) At this point I was just exasperated and called to speak with the owner directly. However, Jenessa told me that he does not have a voicemail box. I asked if she could leave him a note. She said yes but that he is not in much and she doesn’t see him often.

That is the last interaction I had, which was a week ago. I hope the owner sees this and understands that he has quite a few problems on his hands. I wish no ill will. In fact, Jenessa was always pleasant to talk with. But as a small business owner myself, I know that making it easy for customers to provide feedback, and following through on commitments, are vital for long term success.

I have been using Chinook Services for 3 or 4 years now for roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and window washing for our 3 story townhouse. They always do a great job and are here when they say they will be.

Amazing service and always on time and do over and beyond great quality of work. When I call and leave a voicemail always get back to me within 24hours. I have been using them for over 4 years now and will continue to use them for many more! Geat people and Great quality of work!
