I have been using the maids for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier. They always leave me a message to remind me they are coming, which helps me alot. They always have things so clean for us even due to the fact our house is cluttered with items trying to decide what to keep in our downsizing mode. Prior to that is was a remodel, can you imagine how clean it will be with no obstructions, I can't wait. On every visit they are very sincere about feedback. I love the communication.

We've been using The Maids for about 6 months - they've been professional and have been able to schedule the same team to clean our home each visit. We were especially concerned about accidental damage as we have had from past services we've used. The Maids listened to our concerns and take care where we saw past damage from careless sweeping. In once case where they accidentally broke a fixture, they promptly paid for its replacement.

We just finished a remodel, and the air ducts were full of dust and debris from the work. The cleaning team did a phenomenal job clearing it all out. Now the air is fresh, and we don’t have that constant construction dust floating around. It’s like a breath of fresh air, literally!
