Dylan went above and beyond! He helped me put on a temporary fix for a hole on my roof. He paid a lot of attention to details and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I selected the Ultimate package and definitely did not regret. Would highly recommend their service for anyone in need of a great roof and gutter cleaning service.

Waited for a few days before sharing my review now so that I can comment on the quality and results of their work. Dylan and his team did a great job cleaning my roof. Their work was thorough and they solved the moss issue on the roof for me. They also did the gutter cleaning. Dylan’s communication was great as he was responsive and attentive. I generally do not write reviews but highly recommend Seattle ProWash as I am very satisfied with their work and the results.

Seattle Pro Wash is a great company to work with! They do a great job either for gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and window washing! I’ve used them for all of these services and I highly recommend them! As a real estate broker I’ve also recommended them to my clients that were very satisfied.

I had 5 different quotes for gutter & roof cleaning, and Dylan was by far the best.

He came out, inspected the roof himself, and showed me photos of what needed to be done (I have a 3 story townhouse without roof access, so I couldn't judge these things for myself).

His prices were competitive and he did not try to upsell me on extras. He explained the details and benefits of each offering, and provided clear and honest recommendations.

Throughout the whole process Dylan was proactive and communicative. Easy to schedule and reschedule. The work was done quickly and efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves, and showed me pictures of the final work. 5/5 stars. I would recommend Dylan to anyone in need of roof / gutter work.

Great experience with this business! Dylan was wonderful to work with, prompt, reliable, transparent about pricing the process, explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. His team was right on time on the day of the services and got through a bunch of stuff quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Seattle ProWash!

I do not recommend this kid. When he came out to provide an estimate he was all over the place. He answered his phone in the middle of talking to me, spent at least 15-20 minutes making a Tik-tok in my driveway. Then proceeded to tell me that I "Didn't understand what was best for me." I've been a general contractor for over 30 years and simply asked for an estimate to pressure wash my concrete driveway and sidewalk to the backyard. He has continued to call me and at one point told me that "I wasn't going to find someone better."

**Update**
This guy ended up doing the same thing at my neighbors. I hadn't spoken to them until I saw him pressure washing their driveway. They said they wont be using him for similar reasons, but also because he left streaks on the driveway. Photo attached.

They were responsive and reasonable in pricing. Did a great job with my grimy gutters getting them white again. Roof looks good, too. The only thing is some of my windows were left with soap spots and streaks. I do have a lot of windows, but the front door and side panel made of glass were the streakiest. This is an easy to reach area, so I dont know why these were overlooked in checking for good work. Still, I would recommend and I’d call them again.

Updated: Dylan saw the review and came back 2 days later to address the problem window panels. Such good service! All is looking good now.

Prowash has very good service and did an excellent job they made my metal roof brand new again. I recommend these guys to everyone and I’m definitely looking forward to seeing these guys again.

We initially sought out Seattle ProWash for roof cleaning services, but Dylan presented all services available and walked us through the process. We ended up having them do a roof cleaning with treatment, gutter cleaning, pressure wash of our paved patio, walkways, and driveway, as well as window cleaning. They were flexible in setting up an appointment and were in touch via text to confirm. They communicated clearly when they would arrive and showed up promptly. We were very happy with the results. Dylan and Aiden were professional, helpful, and thorough.

We had Dylan and his crew do our Christmas lights with his other company, and we were so impressed with the professionalism and quality that we had Seattle ProWash come and clean my mother in law's roof. After the bomb cyclone, we knew things were a mess up there, but not sure how bad. There were a lot of little branches, and the gutters were completely clogged. They did a very thorough job cleaning the roof and the gutters, and when they finished they gave the house a good wash and blew the driveways clear too. Very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work! Will definitely have them out again, if we have more gutter troubles.

My experience with them was seamless from be booking to appointment. Dylan’s team kept me updated throughout the process with before and after photos.
The price are fair. I would highly recommend them.

Great company and easy to work with. I don't dare to step on my roof, so I am happy to pay someone else to do it. They have done a number of different services on my house, all of which have been excellent. I've had them routinely clean out my gutters and hang my Christmas lights. Additionally, they will clean the roof from moss and put a protective layer. All great work, and very easy to do business with.

They did an amazing job pressure washing my driveway and backyard patio. Everything looks spotless and like new again! Super professional, on time, and very thorough. Highly recommend!

My experience with Seattle pro wash has always been very good. They follow up on my calls, they use modern scheduling software that sends text confirmation/reminders which I like. On site they have always been very professional and Conscientious about their work and quality of the work, and I will definitely use them again in the future

Dylan is prompt, attentive to details and caring. He power washed our front driveway and back yard. The work was meticulously done and he made sure all the furniture was moved back in place before leaving. He even cleaned our side walkway! I will be sure to get them to come back again next year!

Really happy with the work the Seattle Pro Wash team did to clean the transparent roof of my backyard pergola. It's a pretty high structure and a bit awkward to access, but they had the skills and tools to do the job right. The roof looks like new again. Quick friendly and efficient, highly recommended!
