Ali is excellent. I used his services so many times for either maintenance or repairs of HVAC in different homes. He is very professional and has a lot of knowledge. He always goes beyond what needs to be repaired and gives excellent advices on how to keep the HVAC runs smoothly. Besides he is always on time and excellent in communications. I don't trust anyone else for the houses HVAC repair or maintenance.

Our furnace stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. Ali came out and found the motor for the blower needed replacement. Somehow he found the part and replaced it that day. He was so professional, careful and clean, and friendly. We recommend him highly!

We have home warranty from AHS. Astro is the vendor offered for our leaking AC problem. We quickly read the review and decided to take this vendor. Ali is super nice and keep communicating with me. I asked him over the phone my current issue to ensure we are on the same page. He fit me in on the same day and come as expected. Ali was very courteous as well, explaining and answering all my questions. Also, when I asked him if I need my AC cleaned (unlike some other vendor who told me I really need it), he told me "no, you'll be fine, just wait until next May". He added that "I am a technician, not a salesman".
I know who I'll be calling for maintenance next year.

Ali came to fix our system after another company had already come out to work on it, ordered a part and installed it, and left us stuck at 61 degrees in the winter… a 2 degree improvement from where we were to begin with. Very disappointed in their service. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with my unit. The repairman kept coming back and fixing everything possible resulting in no result. Unit still broken and time and money waisted.

Absolutely amazing! My air conditioning broke on a hot day so I put a claim through American Home Shield and was so lucky to be connected to Astro. Ali called me promptly and was able to get me in the next day! I was so impressed by the timeliness. He came on time and was able to fix and diagnose my issue very quickly. While he was there, he also gave me some tips for how to maintain my central air at home and recommended I get maintenance on it since I never have before. I am a first time homeowner and he was very patient with me and explained things in a way I could understand. I felt very taken care of and safe with him and know he had my best interest in mind. I've dealt with Ali Through Astro Heating & Air on a few occasions now: to help remedy our old ac system and fix a heater. He has been nothing but professional and helpful. On each occasion he showed me exactly what he was doing as well as being transparent about costs and recommended maintenance. He clearly knows his stuff and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I couldn't recommend this business enough!

Every time we have a service call, Ali arrives with a respectful and lighthearted attitude. He is accommodating of our kiddos nap schedules, entertains our questions, and provides longevity and cost saving advice for our HVAC system. We won’t take our business anywhere else.
