Speeding truck driver with an oversize load. Called him in to the company and they didn't seem to care

They were nice and respectful for the most part but they put a whole in my shop door, they crushed my brothers car that he was in the process of fixing up so he can drive it, one of them needs to learn how to drive a bumper pull rv cuz he pulled one of my rvs out from where it was to the front of my property with the jacks still extended out so while he was towing the rv he was dragging the jacks in the dirt he’s lucky he didn’t break any of those jacks on that rv. One of there employees or all of them likes to steel from people cuz they stole a majority of my brothers tools and power tools and his generators and his welders and parts to his truck that he was fixing!! Yeah so I really didn’t like that idea at all cuz they were there to do a job and taking tools out of toolboxes and taking stuff out of the saddle bags on my brothers Harley wasn’t part of the description!! We plan too file a motion for damages and stollen property, we have a list of everything that was taken and we have photos of everything that was taken!!!!

Hayden Homes is a top notch builder providing well built homes with many standard items that most builders charge for as the call them upgrades. Location is very nice with good views of the valley.

We moved into our house in Sept. 2023 and we love it. It was a very good experience watching our house built. We have been impressed with the appliances, they are high quality.

There are a few things I would like to recommend; offer these options: gas hot water heater and furnace, the option of a heat lamp in the bathrooms, French doors instead of a slider.

Updating this review: this area is perfect if you are wanting a great home design. I loved the well thought placement of rooms and the extra little spaces you receive to place your decor and make the home, well...you. the building process was great and timely. The customer service is not even the correct term for the level we (my family) got, I would say it felt more like we were being welcomed by neighbors.

Came to buy a water heater. Ask for assistance so we could schedule a deliver and installation. Had two people say they will have someone come, one came back and said he is on his way. 15 minutes later, a no show. So we just left. Customer service is crap, do yourself a favor and go to Lowe's.

Absolutely thrilled with our new AC installation! They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We have a super tight crawl space, but they navigated it like pros and installed our new system flawlessly. They even went the extra mile and helped us remove our old swamp cooler. The entire job was done in just one day! I can't recommend them enough! Highly recommended Heating & Air Conditioning.

had a great experience with Apollo Heating & Air, specifically with Nick, who came out to take a look at our aging system. Honestly, I was a little embarrassed to even make the call since our unit is on its last legs and we’re not quite ready financially to replace it yet—but Nick completely understood and made me feel comfortable right away.

He explained that our system uses older refrigerant, which does cost more, but also walked me through options for a new unit when the time is right. Surprisingly, the quote for a replacement was much more reasonable than I expected.

In the meantime, he recharged the system and had me turn it on. Right away, he noticed a noise that my family and I had honestly just gotten used to. Within about 10 minutes, he made an adjustment to the air handler and completely fixed it—something that felt like magic to us!

For just a few hundred dollars, our AC is back up and running strong and should last us at least another year.

What really stood out was how Nick listened to our situation and worked within it. He was understanding, efficient, and solution-focused from start to finish. This was our third time having the system serviced, and by far the best experience we’ve had.

We’ll definitely be calling Nick and Apollo again when it’s time to install a new system. Highly recommend!

We just had a Women come and she did such an amazing job. Didn't get her name but she had blue hair. Lol but anyways she worked super hard, answered every question, was very timely. She was awesome. Thank you

Jeremy gave me great info when I called in a panic. Alex came promptly, was attentive to my concerns, thoroughly assessed my AC unit and explained what he was doing and why. Paige, in the office, was informative and assisted me to her best ability. I was disappointed in a policy change for the service agreement. Very disappointed since I have had it since I bought my homen9 years ago. Would have appreciated being grandfathered in due to my loyalty. Regardless of management's decisions, staff has always been wonderful. Today was no different. I hate the idea of changing companies. May if I can find one that honors what their policy changed. They have, until this policy change, been worth every penny. The staff cause me pause in changing providers. They are so responsive. The owners/management should reward them.
