We had scheduled to have our dryer cavity cleaned out after 10 years of use. To our surprise, the cavity was actually clean. Only needed to have a swifter dust treatment. Even though we did not have a problem, I was glad we still had someone come out as it put our minds at ease that we didn't have to worry about the dryer catching on fire. The technician that was sent out to do the cleaning was very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Dry Fire Fighters.

The service was excellent. He had to access the roof and remove the vent screen. He brought the screen to me so that I could see the actual buildup of lint.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and when they arrived to clear my dryer vent, they discovered an issue due to the age and design of the previous setup. They clearly explained 3 possible options, along with the pros and cons of each which helped me make an informed decision. Once I mad a decision the technician got right to work. He repaired the old hole in my floor and even fixed the exterior opening.
