Very professional, incredibly polite, warm and nice. Dan and David not only were thorough but they gave me a huge piece of mind. I will absolutely be using this company again.

The service person that came out his name was Nick Garza. He did an awesome job. He was very polite professional and very knowledgeable about his job. Any questions I had concerning the job that was done, he answered every question very professional. We enjoyed the service that he provided at our home. He is a great service person, and a very hard worker. He explained everything he did around our home but she was very helpful. I would recommend Nick Garza to service our home again. Enjoyed his kindness, politeness, and his knowledge.

Dan Anderson was amazing today. Along with notes from customer service, Dan got right to work answering questions we had about pests and potential pests with upcoming new changes to our property. What that looks like with new pests coming in and current issues we are experiencing. He is knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and much more. So far I would HIGHLY recommend bamboo service and Dan. They are the best one we've experienced in the whole of tri- cities in a decades time. That's really saying a lot. If you're looking for a great service, this is definitely the company to go with. They uphold their word and fix any issues that may occur. We sincerely hope they are in service for many decades to come. 💖

Dan is absolutely amazing! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about doing the job right. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the issue was completely taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and the results speak for themselves. I had an increase of spiders and bees with their service. They said they’d come back for retreatment but that was not true. The services promised were not provided such as brushing off webs and debree. It was all about the $, not service.

Like some of the other 1 star reviews, the two sales representatives knocked on my door at 8:30pm on a Friday night, completely disregarding my No Soliciting sign in the middle of my front door. When I pointed to the sign on my door, the sales representative pretended he thought it said No Smoking. Completely unprofessional and did not apologize for ignoring my sign. I have an infant trying to sleep and someone knocking that late is completely rude and ignorant.

I would not recommend this company. I’d advise to get your own pest control tools at Home Depot and save yourself some money and a headache from pushy salesman.

This company is a scam, don’t sign any contracts with them. Not only did they not get rid of our wasps or other pests, they just continued to charge us and when we were dissatisfied they demanded over $250 to cancel the one year contract. Shameful
