Our AC unit went out two days ago during some pretty warm weather. I called Chinook Heating and Air, and they were able to schedule us quickly. Julio came out and did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and got the repairs done. We’re so grateful for the fast service and the great work highly recommend!

Victorino was amazing! He was able to arrive sooner than scheduled time which worked even better for me, and was friendly, respectful and VERY knowledgeable about our HVAC. I am a new home owner and Victorino helped me choose the right plan for my HVAC being serviced. Super happy with Erin too! Her response on the phone is excellent and she too is very knowledgeable. Overall Chinook is an outstanding company and I'm pleased that they will be taking care of my new house's HVAC system, including the Ecobee thermostat.

Alpha came promptly to assess why my newly purchased HVAC system thermostat was not responding to my directions. She provided a temporary solution.
Next day service tech Abraham arrived and within 1/2 hour determined the source of the problem and corrected it. I am a "happy camper" now...no more awakening at 3:15 AM with the house temp 74 when it set the evening before at 68.

I had an HVAC emergency today and called Chinook!! They sent someone right out and fixed the problem really fast!! Will definitely be using them for all my HVAC maintenance and repairs in the future!!

They came out to fix my oven. For free, they fixed my fireplace and cleaned the kitchen

We've been happy customers of Chinook for 9 years, and have maintained the annual maintenance plan. We loved them and their technicians enough to ask them to install a new $16,000 unit for us last year; unfortunately, some property damage occured as a result of that install that requires remediation. If this were a year ago, I'd bet my bottom dollar that they'd have fixed the installer's mistake, but something about Management is different now. Chinook wants us to pay an additonal $1400 to return and correct the issues that arose from the install, and that's just not right. We are in the market for a new HVAC company

Eduardo was very helpful with resetting thermostats in my home and making sure everything was running well before leaving. He explained in detail about certain questions I had about things I wasn’t aware of with moving into our new home. I will definitely use chinook heating and air again!

Eduardo was very friendly and informative of our new home walk through, showed me the main options of the thermostat, checked to make sure the units were working properly and even changed a filter out that was a tad dirty. Very professional business. We had a leak in the refrigerant line which was close to still being under our home warranty but was actually outside of the warranty period. They sent a supervisor out to our home to look at the issue and they scheduled a technician the next day to fix the problem no charge. I appreciated the fast service and consideration, especially as it was close to being covered under warranty, but not technically still under warranty. I am very pleased with their prompt attention and professionalism.

I've had them do full installs and routine maintenance and they have been great in both settings. Their people are thorough and responsive to questions. They were the only company that offered extra input for a return air situation, doing a thorough inspection before quoting and then their prices are very reasonable too. We've had a couple of little things come up and they've taken care of them quickly so I would definitely recommend them and will continue using them myself.

Absolutely thrilled with our new AC installation! They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We have a super tight crawl space, but they navigated it like pros and installed our new system flawlessly. They even went the extra mile and helped us remove our old swamp cooler. had a great experience with Apollo Heating & Air, specifically with Nick, who came out to take a look at our aging system. Honestly, I was a little embarrassed to even make the call since our unit is on its last legs and we’re not quite ready financially to replace it yet—but Nick completely understood and made me feel comfortable right away.

He explained that our system uses older refrigerant, which does cost more, but also walked me through options for a new unit when the time is right. Surprisingly, the quote for a replacement was much more reasonable than I expected.

In the meantime, he recharged the system and had me turn it on. Right away, he noticed a noise that my family and I had honestly just gotten used to. Within about 10 minutes, he made an adjustment to the air handler and completely fixed it—something that felt like magic to us!

For just a few hundred dollars, our AC is back up and running strong and should last us at least another year.

What really stood out was how Nick listened to our situation and worked within it. He was understanding, efficient, and solution-focused from start to finish. This was our third time having the system serviced, and by far the best experience we’ve had.

We’ll definitely be calling Nick and Apollo again when it’s time to install a new system. Highly recommend!
