Tom arrived promptly as scheduled. He was professional in his demeanor and how he explained the problem with my ice maker. I found his advice on how to address the issue to be sound. As I have never been satisfied with the size of the ice cubes I decided to simply have the ice cube maker diconnected rather than having it replaced. I found Tom’s service to be superb.
