Lying to customers. Deceptive practices.
UPDATE: Still no resolution, haven't contact me since the 17th.
1/17: Last week they said Wednesday. Then I got an email on Monday saying it was Monday and asking me to confirm or they'd cancel. Didn't see it until I got off work that night.
Called them the next day, they said they saw my repair order and could get to it till next Wednsday (tomorrow). I just got a text canceling again citing they don't have the repair parts- but my appointment is to DIAGNOSE the issue.
How could they know what parts I need?
So frustrating.
FINAL NOTE: Was never fixed. Had a team out. They replaced the wrong part- then left before checking. Now my screen has a permanent setting reminder pop-up everytime I start up. I had to re call them and diagnose the problem over the phone. After which, the manager eventually just told me to use a different cable...

Jesus arrived on time and got straight to work. He represented Samsung Care and resolved our leaking Samsung dishwasher issue promptly, and along the way provided suggestions on how we could keep the machine well maintained to avoid other issues.
He definitely knows his stuff and I appreciate his professionalism throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this company and be sure to request for Jesus if he’s available!!

Worst service ever. My ticket was raised by Electrolux but Tekniton never acknowledged it, never send anyone even after I had the appointment scheduled on email. Also rude on phone call. Very unprofessional, please choose some other technicians.
