I needed to have my baseboard heater in my unit replaced & Rock Electric did amazing! From the initial consultation, ensuring that I had all the information that I needed, to going out and getting the work done - Brock & his team were very professional and communicative throughout the entire process! I own a 117 years old craftsman house that showed some signs of rotting on the balcony and the porch. I interviewed a few companies but I signed contract with PCF for 3 reasons: 1) The root cause analysis made the most sense to me, compared to what other companies said.
2) They said they could preserve the same custom architectural style with their skilled carpenters
3) The cost estimation came from well-defined items with fixed cost. It was not random. I had experiences with contractors who gave me random high number when they looked at my house (and think I’m rich).It took 3 months to kick start the project but it’s worth the wait. Ryan & Mario & Jack & Heath were excellent. The custom molding & wood details looked exactly the same as before. The new balcony flooring and the new composite staircase looked great! These are very smart & skillful team. They explained to me every step along the way when they discovered new problems and proposed safe & cost-effective solutions.
Definitely will call them again for future works!

We had David Talmadge install a guardrail on our porch and it was done in a very professional manner. It blends perfectly to the existing construction and looks like it has always been there. We could not be happier. I would give them a five-star rating for the results. We also enjoyed our interaction with Evan Anderson the project design consultant that we coordinated with on the project to ensure that we got what we wanted. This team was very professional and very knowledgeable. We would use them again!
