We needed a generator that we could connect to our main panel for whole house backup electricity. A relative had just put one in and were happy with results. They referred Denis who helped us pick the most cost effective quality option. His estimates came out to be significantly less then the competition so we added whole-house surge protection and a 240V EV receptacle to the work order.
Based on the suggested options, we bought a Firmann generator from Costco.
Denis pre-ordered materials with the deposit money, was on-time for installation, used heavy duty quality materials, and worked efficiently.To avoid waste of time and money, It helped to know what we really needed, give him adequate deposit and lead-time to order materials, and clear up the space for him so he’s not stumbling over stuff.
