Called in for special to clean the vents. Had to leave since the technician did not come for appointment. Spoke to them and told them to contact me when he arrive. Upon arrival I told him I only want the special that is 159$. The he gets approval to clean extra vents from my mom who he claims was speaking english and he explained it to her. According to my mom he never mentioned any money in begging of the service only at end when he wanted the money which he charged was sun of 630$ for services that I did not approved. The company claimed they cleaned total for 18 vents according to my only cleaned the furnaces which we did not request to clean and moved laundry a little and did not even get in back to clean. BIG RIP OFF! They did not wanted to hear and kept on claiming that your mom approved the services who dose not speak english. When asked to have the technician come back and show me the 18 vents since we don’t see 18 vents in the house. The girl in office stated oh he is busy but he had time to explain it to her but he could not call me back. DO NOT RECOMMEND SAVE YOUR MONEY BIG RIP OFF AND FAKE ADVERTISEMENT. No star for their service but it should not let me post without a Star. They were sweet when I asked for service when asked for some clarification on bill and speak to technician so he can show me what he cleaned their office girls seem clever who know how to fight with people seem like they do RIP OFF on regular basics.
