General Contractor reviews in Kent, Washington

I highly recommend Century Renovations for any home improvement. Cris was very communicative, which is extremely rare in a contractor. He showed up when he said he would, called if there was going to be a change or delay and emailed all necessary job details. His quote was not only a fair price for our bathroom remodel (I was quoted some outrageous rates), but he worked with me to find the best price in fixtures. All of his advice was spot on. When I tried at first to find cabinets or fixtures on my own, I was either shocked by the prices or disappointed in the selections. Cris steered me in the right direction every time. His work is high quality and he is very respectful of your home. He covered the carpets and cleaned up before leaving every day. Besides being a skilled contractor, Cris is an extremely nice guy. I will be using him again!

I highly recommend this company. I've worked with them a number of times...patio doors, bedroom flooring, pressure washing, and an entire kitchen redo after water damage. I've been very happy with all the work they've done at my house.

The staff at Century Renovations really helped me with "remodeling stress" by keeping me updated about all the phases of the projects, arriving promptly, working as scheduled, and being patient with setbacks and changes on my end.

My experiences with C.R. have been very positive; they're knowlegeable, hard-working, pleasant, and good at what they do. They went the extra mile on my projects more than once; they really care about customer service.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Cris and his team at Century Renovations LLC are absolutely incredible! They came to our rescue when we had a previous contract take MONTHS to finish a job that was only supposed to take a few days. We had used Cris many years back when he worked for a different company. We had a bathroom leak and he laid all of the tile for us. He was so meticulous and even then, such a stand up guy! We somehow lost his number in the shuffle. Flash forward many years later, he saw that I was having difficulties on the Nextdoor site and reached out. He had recognized me and I was almost in tears when he reached out. We immediately hired him. The respect for our time and our needs were met 100%. He walked through the entire process and gave his expert opinions as well. He was extremely knowledgable and had an answer to each one of our concerns/questions. They finished the job swiftly and we were in awe. It was exactly what I had asked for from the previous contractor and did not receive in the slightest.

Cris even took photos for us and wrote down everything that would need to be fixed so we could fight for our rights from the previous contractor. Not only that but he gave us a very reasonable price! He went above and beyond for that and really knew we were in a bind and needed help. We have 2 young children and he was so accommodating of them (he is a family man!). We were feeling so defeated and he came to our rescue when we needed it the most. We will use Cris for everything going forward. The work he does is incredible and he knows what he’s talking about. I am an extremely picky person and he met all of the requirements I had. He even suggested things we would have never thought of too!

We are beyond happy with everything and hope that they get all of the business they deserve. If you want a contractor that listens to you, is respectful of your time, and just an all around good guy, Cris is your man!! We cannot thank him and his team enough.

Yusof is a skilful craftsman of many trades. He took his time and put on details patiently that sometimes felt torturous. I’m quite satisfied with the end result of his work but hope that he could be more prompt.

Amazing service. Able to solve complex problems. Very ingenious. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this Handyman Service I have used their services twice now and received great work at a reasonable price

Yusuf the handyman was great and very thorough. He gave me a reasonable estimate and I’m very happy with work he has done for us.

Yusofi did excellent job with my AC Condensate pump and Sprinkler system. He was on time and pretty reasonable with the price..

Called and spoke with Yusofi. I need my heater fixed. Not only did he fix my heater but he was able to get my sliding door and fireplace done too. Yusofi, quoted me a price, and sent a picture as he fixed the items and not a penny more. He was Fast, friendly, and professional

Jamshid did a terrific job and explained what was happening and why the part needed to be replaced in our toilet. He went to get the part and quickly fixed it which is more than I can say had I tried it.

"I recently had my garage motor replaced by Yusif , and He was very professional, arrived on time, and exhibited excellent behavior throughout the process. The quality of their work was top-notch, and my garage door is now working perfectly. I recommend using his service for any garage repair needs.

YUSOF AND HIS ASSISTANT CAME THROUGH FOR US!
I had a queen size adjustable bed delivered to my house and there was no way I was going to be able to bring the 4 boxes on the pallet up the stairs into my bedroom. The entire pallet weighed about 400 lbs and just one of the motor driven bases weighed 140 lbs (too many years on this body). Somebody recommended Handyman Service Team. I gave them a call and they came the next day and showed up on time. The duo had no problem bringing everything up my porch and into the 2nd floor bedroom. They got the beds all set up and working just fine. They said they had put together these types of beds before, a real plus. If I need some things moved or some other kind of work like appliance repair, I will call Handyman Service Team again.

Yusof installed a dishwasher in an area of my kitchen with an existing cabinet. I was impressed with his work and he gave me a fair price for the job; I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to get some work done around the house.

I appreciated the turn around time from when I reached out to him to getting an estimate and scheduling the job, it was a matter of a few days. He came to my house and took care of the job in a few hours and I have been very happy with the results.

Personable, knows his craft and during the times he helped me showed up when he said he will to get the job done. You will not go wrong if you ask for his services.

Yosef is timely and efficient when I need him. He is my one and only handyman. His prices are reasonable he is reliable!

This company has now completed three projects for us, and we’ve been very happy every time.
Most recently, they installed a new quartz countertop in our bathroom, and it looks beautiful. The sinks they helped us choose match the countertop perfectly and really complete the space.
Everything was done exactly on schedull. We really appreciate how easy they made the whole process.
A special thank you to Sofia ❤️, who was always in touch and made sure all my preferences were taken into account.

We hired ATG for a full home remodel. They replaced our entire Kitchen, all bathrooms, laundry room, front porch, back patio and railings. I added scope on the fly, pivoted on material selections, we bumped into unforeseen issues during demo… and the Owner Taras and our sales point of contact Alissa were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were so happy with their communication, responsive, quality of work, attention to detail and fair pricing.
It seems many people who do a major remodel have some frightening Contractor experience to share. Not me. Our experience with ATG was exceptional so I figured I owe it to them to share with others this review.
If you’re reading this because you’re thinking about hiring them, you should hire them.

We were very pleased with the kitchen remodel they provided. They were attentive to detail and provided quality workmanship at a fair price. We highly recommend the company and their employees.
