The young lady did an awesome job! This was the first time for my mom to use a cleaning service and she was hesitant. However, when she walked in and saw the sparkling kitchen floor and counters she was impressed. The 4 star is because the gal was 45 min. later than expected and we had scheduled appointments to coincide with the cleaning time. The actual cleaning job was excellent.

Cottage Care has been providing cleaning services for me for at least 15 years, even after I moved out of their regular service area. They have done special projects (fridge, windows, pre and post move in, etc.) as well. They are efficient and cost effective, very pleasant to work with, and very security conscious. I'm very happy to continue service with them as long as possible~!

Cottage care is awesome. Scheduling staff is helpful and responsive, and Monica comes to clean every other week. My house looks great, and she is so nice! Totally worth the money.

I've been using Cottage Care for over a year - nothing calms me more than walking through the house after it's been cleaned. Dahlia does an amazing job - she goes beyond just the basics. My floors, furniture, fixtures - all look fantastic after her visit. Couldn't be more happy!

Used CottageCare for the first time last week. She did a good job; I don't have any complaints about the service. She was about 30 minutes later than I was expecting, but I assume there was traffic. I got confirmation and reminder emails, which was also great (and very professional). Sean, who will manage the monthly visits (and I assume is the local supervisor/manager/coordinator?) called after my first visit to ensure I was happy with service and talk about getting a schedule set up since I had indicated that I wanted more than one-time cleaning. Couldn't be happier with everyone I've talked to at CottageCare.

My only 'con' would be that getting pricing seemed a little nickel-and-dime since they go through everything you want done, what rooms, etc. I'm sure it's partly that I've been using the same service for years and they just do the whole house and that's what I'm used to now. CottageCare does estimates for you over the phone, so they don't have any idea if your house is a hot mess or what.

I'll update this review later if my opinion changes.

I have hired multiple home cleaning services, and CottageCare has the most friendly, reliable, and affordable service of all. On the one occasion over the past 3 years that the service was not exemplary, the manager has responded to my call within an hour and arranged a repeat cleaning. Love these guys.

Brooke at Cottage Care does a great job cleaning my home. I love coming home after work on cleaning days! She does a beautiful job and my home is so much more organized! So thankful for her work!

Carianne cleaned for us yesterday and did a fantastic job. She didn't miss a thing. She did a "walkthru" with me prior to starting to ask if there was anything I wanted her to concentrate on. We will be very pleased to have her back. I also appreciated the followup call from Sean to ensure we were satisfied.

We used cottage care as a back up to our normal house cleaner. She did a great job. She was friendly, arrived on time, was extremely thorough and did things that hadn't been done in a very long time. I appreciated her detailed work and thurough cleaning very much. If I ever needed back up cleaning again, i would call again and specifically request her based on her availability. I was that happy!

Alejandra, Julissa and Iris are miracle workers! They got our tubs/showers/sinks/toilets the cleanest they’ve been since they were brand new. We’ve had many professional cleaners over the years, and these ladies did a far better job than any of the previous cleaners. Their attention to detail is second to none, and we are so excited to have found them!

We started using Cottage Care in 2008 until we moved to eastern WA in 2012. They were amazing back then. We recently moved back to western WA, so we called them up and they are cleaning our house again. Vanessa does such a thorough job and we are truly grateful! Her attention to detail is unsurpassed and we look forward to coming home to a clean house. Cottage Care is very reliable and they always add a personal touch when cleaning. Thank you!

Vanessa is friendly, energetic and a WONDERFUL house cleaner. She is professional and hard working and I cannot imagine anyone else coming in to clean my home. If it were possible to give more than a 5 star rating she would be on TOP. Cottage Care is so very lucky to have her! Cottage Care has been wonderful to work with and very pleasant in all their conversations with me. I would highly recommend this company and especially this girl!

We've been so satisfied with their services. We had a baby recently, and we needed help with everything. Everyone who's come to clean has been so lovely and the house is sparkling when they leave. I've never had any issues or complaints. I recommend them to every new mom I know in the area. If i could give 10 stars I would.

It's incredibly nice to have a caring and consistent staff the whole time! (I used other cleaning services in the past and they had high turnover rates, no one seemed to know us or the house.)

Cottage Care is a caring, responsible company and a pleasure to interact with. I've always had Sean as my account Manager. Lori calls with reminders and handles all the scheduling.

Nicest of all is Rosa, who is the cleaner who has been taking care of my home. She's been the primary house cleaner for us for years now. She knows our place very well and how we'd like to prioritize things. She really does an excellent job.

We have three cats, including one who is very opinionated. When we've had other service folks tend to the house, the cats often are agitated and unhappy. When Rosa comes to clean, the cats remain mellow and calm (even with all the vacuuming!).

I strongly recommend this company and Rosa in particular.

Kendra is amazing! The whole process from the estimate to having our first clean and every clean after has been amazing. Sean the owner is amazing at being flexible with scheduling and has made this an enjoyable service for my family.

I was a former user of Cottage Care and remembered the good service they provided. Recently I had a need for help in cleaning and I went back to Cottage Care. Kayla was the lady who was sent to do general cleaning and clean my refrigerator. Kayla did an excellent job. She was quick but thorough. I was so pleased with her work I have asked for Kayla to be a regular helper.

Very glad we discovered CottageCare and especially happy after Kendra came and helped put our house in order a few days ago. She did a fantastic job and going forward we will definitely schedule her to come back frequently!
