Great experience! Mateo came out the same day I called, explained the services thoroughly, and managed to schedule us for the next day. Blake and Andre did the soft wash roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and outside window cleaning of both house and detached garage. They communicated as they worked to ensure I was aware of their progress. They did a great job and from start to finish and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely refer my family and friends to this business and will call them back for any further services we may need. Really appreciated their professionalism. Thanks!

I hired them for a roof cleaning/moss treatment and moss removal from my shed roof. The crew was on time, professional, communicated well, and finished quickly. The work itself looked solid and the price felt fair.

The only issue was the initial cleanup. They left a lot of moss/debris on the fence, in the gravel strip, and on the ground, which was disappointing.

That said, they responded immediately, came back the next day, and cleaned it up properly. I appreciate how quickly they owned it and fixed it. Based on the quality of the work and the way they handled the follow-up, I’d use them again.

12/24/25 Update: Changing my 3 star to 5 star. Owner (David) reached out on several occasions to address and correct problems. They truly care about customer satisfaction. Will be doing business with them again in future. Thanks David!

Initially reached out to them for dryer vent cleaning quote (ended up using another vendor) but they offered quote on moss cleaning on roof-- which I appreciated the quote and photos. Reading almost perfect reviews, I went ahead to schedule.
-PROS
-Price was competitive and fair
-Very responsive in my questions and was able to get us on the schedule quickly

-CONS
-I hired them for 2 properties and they left a massive mess on the back patio and front sidewalks. Also, they didn't mention (I also didn't ask) the cleaning chemicals will spill into tenant's garden bed.
-I requested hydro jet cleaning on pipes and they responded "oh we forgot to do it" at one of the properties
-We got a message from technician PRIOR to work even started, asking for a Google review.
-Another message asking if I can ask tenants if they left their tools on site

Not sure if they are contracting labor out to 3rd parties as I wouldn't expect this level of service as a 4.9 Google rated company. I know good labor is hard to find nowadays-- in hindsight, I could've asked better questions regarding moss cleaning-- do they remove moss from roof and transfer to sidewalk? Or if they will do cleanup on the ground.

We used Experienced Roof and Gutter last week to clean our roof and windows. It was a very mixed experience, and we will probably go with someone else in the future.

Brian, the estimator, was great and communicative. He did take longer to give me an unsolicited bid on gutter covers, which was slightly annoying but not totally unexpected.

They were able to move us up on their schedule, which was a plus, but the actual experience was less than ideal. The technician, Jacob, was very pleasant and communicated clearly. However, in the process, he dragged his equipment through our garden bed and destroyed a plant we had been working on establishing for over a year. He was apologetic, which I appreciate, but unfortunately, as you can see in the picture, there was nothing to be done at that point. In addition, and this one is on me, upon further inspection around the house, it seems like there's plenty of small deposits of debris they left piled up in places and there was a window they did not clean that I specifically pointed out to Brian.

All this to say, they were fast and communicative, but we were let down by the quality and care, and we will try a different company next time.

Greg gave me a very fair estimate for roof cleaning and treatment, and he was pleasant and professional. Nathan was also great! He did the cleaning and roof treatment. A hard worker, thorough, and im very pleased with the result! I will use them again.

I just met with JJ yesterday from Experienced Roof & Gutter. He was exceptional! He explained each service that the company offers and why they are important to a homeowner. Pricing was very clear and the discount tiers for multiple services made my decisions easy. JJ helped me come up with a plan to fully address the gutter situation at my home (think overflowing with leaves and needles from the neighbors trees and too high for me to be comfortable trying to tackle it myself). JJ talked me through the different types of gutter guards out there on the market and the benefits and drawbacks of each. He got me a great deal on gutter guards so that all those leaves stay out of my gutters! I can’t wait to see the results!
Ultimately, I decided to do a soft wash roof cleaning, moss removal, moss treatment, gutter cleaning, cleaning of the outside surfaces of the gutters, hydrojetting of the downspouts, and pressure washing of my driveway. That last one is just a little treat for me (yes, that’s how you know you’re an adult). My service appointment is just two days away. Can’t wait to see the glow up of my house.

JJ has been excellent to work with so far! He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares a lot about the business and the customers! I appreciate his willingness to answer all of my questions about roof and gutter cleaning. Looking forward to having our roof cleaned tomorrow!

Our experience began with a reference from Angie’s and a bright, joyful visit from Matt. The the crew showed up and they were also joyful … altogether positive interactions. The looks of the cleaned roof brought immediate positive reactions frrom the neighbors, and from us! I believe this good cleaning added years to the life expectancy of our roof. :)

Overall great experience. Stone came by and did a free estimate. He was prompt and gave a lot of information. I really enjoyed the drone images. Jacob was the technician that did the work. They did a soft clean on the roof, our gutters and dryer vent. Very impressed and will hire again.

I met with Mateo and Keelin on a Thursday and they were able to get me scheduled for a roof and gutter cleaning and driveway pressure wash the following Monday. I also decided to get a dryer vent cleaning as well. They offer discounts if you purchase additional services. The estimate was within my budget and I didn’t need to get more estimates because I felt like they were the right company. Christian performed all of the cleanings by himself! It took about five hours! He was courteous and friendly. They also offer a three year warranty on the roof cleaning. It was easy to digitally pay them as well. I highly recommend Experienced Roof & Gutter and will use them in the future!

I had a great experience with this company. They were able to schedule an estimate right away for a roof and driveway cleaning. My estimator Matthew was very kind and thorough. I also appreciated him taking the time to listen to my questions and explaining everything in detail. Our technician Asher did a tremendous job on our house. What I like about the Experienced Roof & Gutter cleaning company is their professional business model. From the time I called to get an estimate, they were very efficient in scheduling me for a follow-up and reminder with the name of the person coming on the day of the estimate. The sales estimator, Greg, was very professional, friendly, polite, approachable, and he took his time to explain to me the services they offer and why they are better than most roof cleaning companies. He sent me pictures of our roof and the things that needed to be cleaned. They also follow up with an email with information about their company, plus a sample video of their roof cleaning process. I found Greg to be the person to deal with for my roof cleaning. He was also successful in selling me additional services, such as hydrojetting, inside and outside gutter cleaning, window washing, and siding cleaning. I got an and text reminder prior to the day of service with the name of the technician. The Technician, Jason, and a trainee were very efficient in doing all the work, and they completed a reasonable job in about 3 hours. They also sent me the after pictures of the areas they cleaned. I recommend Experienced Roof and Gutter Cleaning company.

Greg was the one who gave me the sales estimate; he he was fast, professional, and gave me great photos and information about the problems that needed fixing on my roof and gutters. I found their process very thorough, and it provided me with more information than other similar companies did. Their pricing was very competitive overall, and their a-la-carte pricing allowed me to pick exactly what I wanted them to do (including solar panel cleaning — they shine like new now!).

When their team came out to do the work, they were professional, polite, and efficient. There was a minor issue with the job, but when I followed up to ask about it, they were quick to fix it. Within a couple of days, everything was perfect.
