Absolutely horrible company. We called them up to schedule an appointment for the next day and gave them a 5 hour open window to come in, and they never showed up. We tried calling them and went straight to voice mail, until 20 minutes after the window was up they finally picked up and said they "forgot to schedule us". My mom scheduled this service for my SO and I so she waited at our new house for them, the entire time they were supposed to be there.

The girl finally arrived after about an hour or two, and cleaned for 4 hours. We paid for 6 hours. She looked us in the eyes and told us that another girl would come in 15 minutes to do the rest of the time, and left. Needless to say, no one showed up. We tried calling the company but no one picked up.

During this visit, the cleaning wasn't good. A lot of gritty residue was left all over the bathtubs and sinks. They skipped cleaning the microwave and oven. Plus a random person came in for a couple minutes, then left?

We told the company and they sent two more people to redo the next day (because redos can only be scheduled within 24 hours) and they did another poor job with the tubs, skipping the microwave and oven again. They left after almost an hour. And I'm not even kidding when I say they left an actual TORTILLA SHELL on my kitchen floor, as well as sticky residue on the tub. The manager is also rude and careless, so don't expect to get much help over the phone.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This is a cleaning service that will attempt to extort money from you and charge your credit card without approval. Read their HORRIBLE Yelp reviews! Do not provide them with keys to your house.
The cleaning was mediocre and they took 7.5 hours to clean 1500 sqft. They didn't clean my toilet, my stairs weren't cleaned, they didn't dust the floorboards as they indicated on their 49 point check list. The cleaners were supposed to show up between 8-12, they showed up 30+ minutes after their 4 hour window expired. They didn't call to inform me when they would arrive until after the 4 hours expired.
Tommy the administrator of this establishment is unethical and will charge you for services not request or explicitly declined. I called and informed him at the time of service that I did not want to receive or pay for any additional cleaning beyond the 5.5 hours I purchased initially. I was then charged for extra cleaning that was not approved. I contact him after being charged to request a refund he then became aggressive and could not prove proof that these services were requested. He called me a liar and would not refund the erroneous charges. He told me that he has a recording where I approved additional cleaning and when I requested that he provide me with this recording he attempted to extort an additional $5 from me simply to send me a recording that doesn't exist.

Buyer beware don't use this service unless you want to be fraudulently charged.

I have had 12clean clean my house and my AirBnb for a year and they are fantastic. I usually need to change the work order a little and they do exactly what needs to be done. Last time I had Sandra and she was great. I have not had a bad experience. I have had several other cleaners that I liked, but I forgot to get their names.

I absolutely loved the ladies. Not only did they do a wonderful and amazing job on my house...but I called 12clean after they left and gave them a glowing review. I even asked that I keep the same women bi-weekly. The women were easy to get a long with and if I could afford it...they'd be here everyday :) Have recommended 12clean to a friend and will recommend in the future as well as present. Thank You 12clean!!

My house was in some SORE need for a deep cleaning. Two ladies came for about 2-1/2 hours and scrubbed the kitchen, including the refrigerator, appliances and cabinet faces, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and all the carpets and laminate floors and stairs and my house looks and smells so good. They brought all their own supplies, took out the trash and when they left it looked like no one had been here except that it was VERY clean!! I will definitely have them back to finish up some other parts of they house that need some work before I can get them cleaned. I'm very happy and already referred them to a friend.

We have been with 1-2 Clean off and on for over a year now. We really enjoy their work. They are extremely thorough and are respectful of our home. My wife works from home and finds that they do an excellent job working around her. If they have questions, they ask. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone who was looking to have their house whipped in to shape! We use to use them twice a month, but our budget only allows for once a month now. We're still VERY pleased!

Our community, Liberty Ridge, has 11 acres of of landscape. Its a big job. VPS does an incredible job keeping up with all aspects of the job. Lawn, Beds, Irrigation, play grounds, Trash pick up, etc. They always go the extra mile to make sure the community is happy. They are very responsive to problems also, nothing gets old. I would recommend them to anybody.

I had Valley Property Services do a complete makeover on my property, including adding: paver pathways; two lawns; landscape lighting; terracing; and all new plants and trees. They exceeded my expectations and were professional and courteous throughout the process. The employees that worked at my house were great about cleaning up after themselves and were always polite. My new yard is gorgeous and I recommend this company.

I reached out to VPS because they do the landscaping in our neighborhood and I wanted matching landscaping. Jason (the owner) was very professional when he came out to personally assess the work - he listened and provided advice on what we were looking to do. VPS was very communicative during the quote phase and provided a line by line quote at my request. I approved the work and got on the schedule quickly. The team performing the work were a few minutes early, discussed the project with me to make sure there were no miscommunications, and were very professional while doing the work. Overall, I'd recommend VPS for future landscaping work.

After years of standing water and literally looking like a hog farm, I hired VPS to completely overhaul my yard. The results are nothing less than AMAZING. Jason gave me his vision and I went with it. In 3 weeks their crew completely removed my existing yard (4" below grade) and fencing and started over. This time it was done RIGHT. They topped everything off with drought tolerant plants, "moo doo" and lighting. Every evening I get to look outside (or sit outside when it is warm) and enjoy my yard - it is stunning. I have since had several neighbors hire VPS to do the same for them. It is so low maintenance but looks absolutely stunning. Hats off to the crew - they worked so hard every day, even in pouring rain. I can't say thank you enough!

Juan is the owner and he and his crew are incredibly discourteous. He will give you a quote and then try to raise the price; they do NOT show up for scheduled work - I had to chase him down to get him to complete the work I already paid for. Their trucks left huge oil stains in my driveway and street - which he refused to clean up. His crew are rude and not respectful of you or your time. They bring weeds and other lawn diseases with them from other projects - which then infect your yard. This is by far the worst landscaping service I have EVER used. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Jaime and his team were great. Excellent quality and he really cares about the customer. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

We recently had New Horizons Landscape LLC come out from Kent to our place in Edmonds, and we’re so happy with how everything turned out! Jamie and the team did an awesome job putting in brandnew sod across our entire property - it seriously looks like a completely different yard now.

They also did a full cleanup and added fresh bark, which made everything look clean and finished. You can tell they really care about the details and take pride in their work.

Jamie was great to work with. He is super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was done right. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free.

Highly recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your yard!

New Horizons Landscaping did a great job installing sod in my front yard. I had poor soil on existing lawn creating muddy areas puddling on the sidewalk year round. The team ripped out the old sod and soil, and installed new within a 2 day window after we selected them from 3 other bids. Also fixed a small sinkhole we had in the remaining lawn. Very responsive to our needs, very clean job.

Jamie and his crew are hands down the best! From the very beginning, they really listened to what we wanted and took the time to have genuine conversations about what would work best for our space while staying within our budget. That level of care and honesty meant so much to us.

They were incredibly respectful of our home the entire time, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. Our backyard turned out absolutely amazing, better than we could have imagined!

If you’re looking for a team that’s talented, trustworthy, and just all-around great to work with, I can’t recommend Jamie and his crew enough!

We have been looking to redo our Lawn, as well as cleanup the landscaping around our house. New Horizons not only leveled , but resod'ed our property both quickly and professionally, and at a great price. We are extremely happy with our new backyard, and will look to them for future landscaping needs.
