I spoke with the worker who immediately put me on the phone with his manager. I have to say that Gustavo, the manager, really made things right. After expressing my concerns, Gustavo stepped in and took control of the situation. He was extremely personable, professional, and committed to making sure everything was resolved. He didn’t just address the issues—I could tell he genuinely cared about delivering the best possible solution. He tackled a nearly impossible job with skill and creativity, finding the perfect fix.
