Lori M. Gill is the Property Manager for the home I rent in Leschi. I had a mysterious furnace issue and put in a service ticket with LMG. Pelican Heating & Air was contacted and Adam Valenzuela arrived in the exact window of time LMG said he would. He was able to quickly diagnose what was going on, make repairs and do requested maintenance. His customer ethic is superior, my dog and cat warmed up to him immediately, and I couldn't be more pleased!
