Rush Plumbing is THE BEST!! Robert has always done everything possible to help especially in crisis. His pricing is extremely fair but most important is his work ethic. Rush Plumbing will not lie or cheat to make a buck. Just this week Tucker was dispatched to repair plumbing for my upstairs toilet. He accessed the situation, explained what he had to do, was quick to make the repairs, called his boss to confirm his plan and left the area super clean.
In talking with Tucker he expressed what a breath of fresh air it was to be working with Rush after working in the area for another popular plumbing outfit where he was encouraged to “create new issues at the home so he could charge more to unsuspecting home owners, etc”. That makes me sick! Shameful!!
Again, Rush Plumbing is ethical, fair with superior talent on staff. It’s awesome to hear Robert is mentoring the next generation with his talent and ethics.

Mason was fantastic. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly and with great service. I’m very grateful!

Great experience getting bidets added to toilets and having a tough-to-get-at drain unclogged. Service was prompt with friendly, professional workers who care about making sure the job is done right (and clean afterwards). Shout out to Tucker for making sure I understood the "behind the scenes" of my house's plumbing and how best to handle clogged drains; he's a real one!

Tucker from Rush came to our newly purchased, but older home. He moved our laundry plumbing into the wall, replaced faucets and shower heads, checked/adjusted water pressure, unclogged sink drains and more. Sunday night my tenant called with a leaking kitchen sink. Contacted Rush Plumbing first thing Monday morning and was greeted promptly. That afternoon they had Tucker come out and make an easy fix very quickly. Really appreciated the way that Tucker approached the problem, resolved the issue and kept me informed throughout the process. Had an issue with our toilet and Tucker came once again to help. As usual, his service was outstanding. It’s such a relief to have a plumber you can trust.

Tucker did some good work last year with installing an outdoor hot/cold bib and a backflow preventer, as well as replacing a leaky saddle valve with a proper fitting. When our water heater started to go out, we called Rush plumbing back. As usual, Tucker was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and did clean work. Once our ticking time bomb if a sewer line finally gives out, we already know who to call.

I’m so impressed with Rush Plumbing! Tucker was prompt, professional, and able to replace a leaking faucet without removing the cabinet from the wall. That door is quite small and he really made it work! Cat inspected and approved. I highly recommend! Photo attached so you can see just how small that cabinet door is!

We got Friday the 13’ed and had our combined storm/sewer line back up into our garage…it was awful. We called three emergency plumbers, and RUSH plumbing was able to come fastest. Mason did a great job resolving the backup. Thank you Mason!!

Robert C of Rush Plumbing did a great job installing a new faucet in my kitchen. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
In the past he has replaced my water heater and was persistent in solving the problems in the poorly designed drainage system and sump pump that handles the storm water for our group of townhomes. We have had no problems with that system now for more than 10 years.

Rush Plumbing was very responsive and plumber Tucker was exceptional in communication and was able to complete the repair same day as the estimate! I highly recommend Tucker as your go to plumber for your any plumbing repairs👍👍

On New Years Eve I was preparing for the family to come at noon and the kitchen sink stopped up. I found Rush Plumbing online, 24/7 and Tucker came as soon as he got off another project. He did a great job unsticking the drain and cleaned up after. My family were impressed too.Thank you for an excellent job!

I do not and cannot understand why Rush Plumbing has anything less than 5 stars. They have serviced our 1903 farm house several times and are simply the best. Their pricing is competitive but what sets them a part is their responsiveness, their courteousness, and their thorough, tidy work. Hate having to call a plumber but am so glad that I have these guys in my rear pocket!

Tucker provided outstanding service. He diagnosed the source of a leak between our upstairs bathroom and kitchen. He walked me through the process methodically, with diligence, giving me confidence we had identified the issues needing attention and eliminated others, making it possible for me to move forward with repairs and restoration. Excellent communication and a very reasonable price. This was his last call, late on a Friday, yet he was enthusiastic, affable, and committed. This was my first time calling Rush Plumbing, and they will be the first I call next time.

I’ve used Rush Plumbing for other work and have always been satisfied with their quick response, high quality of work, and pricing. This is my first experience and I found him to be friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He helped me decide about installing a Moen Flo Smart water monitor and shut off device. He was able to speak to concerns I had. He did an excellent job with the repairs and installation and cleaned up so it looked like he was never here. He provided support for the smart functions and offered additional help if needed. He’s the one I’ll call for future plumbing work
