From our first initial conversation, I told them exactly what I needed done and they did that plus more. They were very professional and exceeded my expectations. The paint job was very good I appreciate how well they took care of our house. 100% would recommend!

Used Magic Services for exterior trim painting in Fall of 2021 and for roof cleaning/gutter cleaning/driveway pressure washing in June 2022. Did an excellent job each time.

Painting exterior window trim of large picture window and 4 bedroom windows: Very meticulous prep and priming - the most important part of any paint job. Much attention to detail. He found areas that needed caulking that no one had ever done before and fixed it. It looks great. And the price was much better than I had hoped.

Pressure washing roof, driveway, and cleaning gutters: it's never looked so good. It was a big job and it looks fantastic.

Already have plans to have him paint my porch.

Junior was excellent. Prompt, professional, friendly and did a through job cleaning our windows. Very happy with the results.We will be using you services again and ask for Junior.

Magic Services (Junior) assessed the work to be done to repair the gas Dryer machine exhaust to the pipe in the wall, purchased the tube, clamps required and came back. He connected the exhaust pipes. The dryer is working fine now. No leakage from the exhaust pipe! Excellent work!

Magic Services did a full interior refresh on my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The fact that they are a one-stop shop makes working with them seamless and convenient. One phone call to them and I was able to get all interior walls painted, carpets cleaned and a full interior deep clean. I won’t hesitate to give them a call again whenever I have more home improvement needs. Great work, great service and even better results!

I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with Magic Services LLC. We hired them for roof repairs, and what I received was nothing short of shoddy workmanship. Not only did they fail to properly fix the leaks, but their repairs caused significant water damage to our attic.

To make matters worse, Junior (the repairman assigned to my job) disappeared multiple times during the repair process, leaving us feeling frustrated and neglected. Only to eventually return to complete the job in the DARK!

Communication has been a nightmare—despite numerous attempts to reach them, the office manager has continuously delayed promised refunds.

After months of trying to resolve this issue, they have completely stopped responding to us. It’s clear that their positive reviews are misleading and likely from fake profiles. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company!

Hi hired this company for my painting project, and i was very satisfied with their services. Junior was very professional, friendly and helpful. I am highly recommend this company.

Nice and excellent work by Magic services in cleaning gutter and roof. He carefully inspects the roof first and then summarize the current state. Based on current state, he recommends whether to use blower or deep water cleaning. He ultimately respects whatever home owner decides.

He is very helpful and helped us also clean up side of the home where we can’t reach easily.

At the end, he cleaned up all the debris from our home and also from the neighbors.

Overall we had the great experience working with Magic Services. We highly recommend.

They “cleaned” the roof and spewed the dirt all over the people and cars below. Would not recommend.

Edit: in their reply they allege that we spoke over the phone. We did not speak over the phone and it must have been one of the other cars that were sprayed. Additionally, I do not have a “manager” to speak to. I was a random patron of one of the businesses and have no reason to go all the way back, for what? For the workers who made the mess to pressure wash my car? My car is detail only and I wouldn’t go to a touchless car wash let alone a conventional car wash. So now, I am down $200 for a full exterior detail all because they could not contain their work properly.

What a wonderful and honest company to work with. Did an amazing job fixing my skylight that was leaking and replacing my vents, taking videos and pictures to show me the work they did, Junior even sprayed mold killer for me when he was in the attic checking the leak! Would highly recommend this company based on their work and integrity

I had received two shockingly high quotes before Junior from Magic Services LLC showed up - and he was the only one who inspected my attic, (then the roof), took photos and reviewed them with me to share his findings. His quote was very reasonable, and his office manager scheduled me promptly. Junior showed up on time and got the repairs done in a day. He cleaned up the discarded materials and showed me before and after photos of the roof. Great job, highly recommend!

Poor workmanship & unscrupulous business practices. The office manager (Kerlange) strung me along for months promising to refund me for poor workmanship. (They put the wrong sized B vent & flashing on my roof.). They never answer the phone & even though I met their extremely ridiculous text string of demands proving the work had to be redone and providing video evidence of it being replaced, they ghosted me! I should have known from the beginning not to use them when they said they only offer a 6 month warranty on their services. Take my advice, do not use this company for anything. You get what you pay for.

I had a wonderful experience with Magic Service. From the very beginning, the company was extremely responsive and kept me up to date throughout the entire process, which gave me peace of mind. They completed the job on time and with great attention to detail. Junior, the serviceman, arrived right on schedule and was kind, professional, and thorough. He explained everything clearly, offered advice for the future, and even shared helpful cleaning tips. The cleanup was outstanding—he left the area looking better than when he came. I highly recommend ExterPro. Communication was easy and thorough. After I confirmed the bid, they were quick to come out and my house looks brand new. I used them to clean the moss on the roof and the gutters and to do a light wash on the siding. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will be hiring them in the near future for my other property.

I reached out to them for roof and siding cleaning and i was extremely satisfied. They use liquid moss treatment and give 3 year warranty on moss treatment. Communication with Stan was easy and quick and he scheduled me for next day. They also send before and after pictures of their work.

They did a roof cleaning with moss treatment and exterior wash for me, and the guys did a fantastic job for me no complaints. Everything turned out great and they even gave me a discount at the end. Highly recommend them!!

WOW was I lucky!!!!! I was driving to get my dogs and I have been dreading get someone to clean my roof. I saw Sal and I watch him and was so impressed with his attention to detail so I drove up the driveway and asked him if he could come give me a bid. Don't even look any further because HE IS AMAZING!!!! He is very respectful of property, his equipment was state of the art AND CLEAN! He jumped right on it and my roof is great and treated and he power washed my brick entry, entry, steps and down the sidewalk. I had him do my huge patio and he has the right tools for the different surfaces. He cleaned as he went and everything was just amazing when he was done. He is worth more than 5 stars. I will be having him come back fall to put product on the roof and windows. He worked non-stop 9-5! would not even take me up on lunch!
