Reviews of local pros in Kent, Washington

We have cats, and even double-bagging the litter doesn't prevent our garbage bin from stinking. Add in the recent strike action and summer heat, and the smell was overwhelming. Another friend had signed up for Orca Bin Wash and liked it, so I had to try it. Our first service was 8/28/25 after our biweekly food/yard waste pickup, and I am amazed. The stink is gone, the service was quick and easy, communication was totally awesome. So glad this service exists!

Orca bin wash did an amazing job cleaning our bins. I couldn’t be happier with the service, communication, and overall job that they did. I’m so glad I signed up for the reoccurring service. We will no longer have nasty, disgusting bins!

Amazing service! Paid online, had a quick phone call about scheduling, they sent reminder texts day before/scheduled date and no contact was needed day of. Perfection. Garbage cans have never been cleaner. Will be a returning customer!

The se4vice is great. I had them do my bins they haven't been cleaned for over 15 years they now look like new. Thanks again you guys are awesome

Thrilled with my bin wash!! The bins were disgusting with years of grime. Following my wash, they were sparkling & smelled great too. Thank you Orca! Big fan of your great service!

Great service, the bins are super clean and smell fresh! I have been putting this off for months, glad I finally hired it out because it was totally worth it. I would recommend this company and plan to use then again in the future.

Our garbage and yard waste bins were so dirty and it was a challenge to clean them out ourselves. They were starting to smell terrible also. Orca Bin Wash came out and they look brand new and smell totally clean. It was easy to schedule and get set up!

Our bins were so gross (we inherited them already dirty), and we kept putting off doing it ourselves because it just seemed like a messy, miserable chore. Discovering Orca Bin Wash was such a relief! They showed up (super easy to coordinate via text and they came the day after trash collection day) cleaned everything thoroughly, and the bins smelled so fresh and clean afterward! 10/10

Very happy with Orca Bean Wash services! Easy to book online and they came as expected and clean my 3 trash carts for a fair price. They even smell good! Definitely will use again!

I was very impressed with their service! For the longest time, I didn’t know what to do with my stinky trash bin, which never felt completely clean even after self-washing. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day and did an excellent job sanitizing my bins. Now my husband is actually happy to take out the trash to the bin.

We just had Orca Bin Wash clean and deoderize our trash bins yesterday and they did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier with the service. Our bins look and smell clean! I was so happy, I told our whole neighborhood about them!

Fantastic service! Everything from sign-up to coordination to results were seamless and exceeded my every expectation. Highly recommend!

Orca bin wash have cleaned our trash and yard waste bins. Just leave your cans out the day after they are emptied and they come right to your house. Bins look and smell like new.
I highly recommend Orca bin wash.

I kept seeing Orca Bins on Facebook and finally gave it a shot — my inherited bins were gross and smelly. Totally worth every penny. Sure, it feels a little bougie to pay for bin cleaning, but their truck worked magic, and the tech even hand-spots a few areas and wiped everything down, to ensure all was perfect. Finished with a lemony fresh scent!
They kept me in the loop with texts the whole way and even sent before-and-after pics. Highly recommend!

Super easy communication about setting up the services and all we had to do on our end was leave the bins out to be cleaned. They did a great job with the cleaning process and now we have no problems with leaving the bins inside the garage. Looking forward to getting our bins cleaned on the regular!

Best service ever. I don't have the time or the tools to do this task. Paid for the one time cleaning and could not be happier. Was able to watch the whole process from my kitchen window. The service tech was detailed and did a great job. The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes and I am left with two lemony fresh smelling containers that are amazingly clean. Highly recommend this company.

Had our first bin wash with Orca on Saturday! It was amazing! I missed watching the actual wash since we had company over, but I was THRILLED with how clean they were. They even SMELLED good. What the heck?!

I am impressed with this service. I'm excited to keep my bins clean going forward with Orca!

LOVE LOVE this service. Our bins had 9 years of gunk built up on the inside and smelt nasty in the summer time. After Orca Bin wash came they look like brand new bins!! Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone.

The photo speaks for itself! This is something we absolutely would recommend and will be getting again in the future. It was so easy to schedule a day/time, get reminders, and to have these cleaned without us even being home. Definitely worth the price!

I pulled up while they were cleaning my neighbor’s cans and asked if they could do mine. After I quickly signed up, they got right to it—fast, efficient, and very thorough. Both my garbage and recycle bins came out spotless. Great service!

Such an incredible service. We have had an issue with keeping the garbage cans clean. I don’t have time to do it myself. This service is fast, reliable, and so glad we signed up. So worth it! Keeps our garage smelling clean from the odor build up. I highly recommend even if it’s a one time to try it out!
