I recently hired Roots Tree Service to trim up dead branches on several tall trees as well as remove dead and diseased trees around my property. They also chipped up a pile of windfall I’d collected over the winter as well as the limbs from their work. I’ve worked with Roots Tree Service before and continue to give them my highest recommendation for quality work, professionalism, fair pricing, and responsiveness.

I called Story after 5pm on a weekday figuring I would just leave a message and hope for a call back. But he answered! And he got to me the next day!! He and his crew did a great job clearing many low-hanging branches around our property. I was very impressed by his customer service and his work. Would use again in a heartbeat.

The owner responded to my inquiry next day, reviewed options for trim vs. removal and provided estimates for me to consider. He was able to accommodate my schedule so I could be present when work was accomplished. Work was done carefully with care not to damage landscaping or structures. Cleanup was thorough. The guy showed up on time and was courteous, professional and did a great job. He was mindful not to damage the yard or surrounding structures. He cleaned up the job site when he was finished and left the surroundings better than he found them. I even recommended him to my friends.

I had them come out and quote for some small tree removal and limbing up one tree. I would have used them, but their quote was more than FOUR TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE than the service that I used. I was astonished. It took 2 men 3 hours to complete the work and clean up.

***** Update *** The owner had the stones to find me, call me and complain that I left a less than glowing review. He said I should be ashamed for getting great work done by someone who quoted me a significantly lower price and did an awesome job. Text or call me and I'll tell who I used.
