I'm delighted to write a 5 star review for Lupe's Landscaping. They provide excellent service at a very reasonable price. They arrived punctually, worked diligently, completed the task and left the site in perfect order. I have employed their services for over 2 years, on multiple occasions. I recommend them without reservation.

My property needed a number of improvements and it was not obvious how to break up the work into quotable units. Lupe worked with me to quote and complete individual tasks before moving on to quote and complete the next task. He used a large team to get the work done efficiently - personally overseeing the entire process and coming to me to clarifications during the work process. Everything was done on budget and on schedule. What I am most pleased about was the "completeness" of the work - he took great care in making sure each detail was done to my specification and reviewed progress with me to ensure he was on track with what I wanted.

Lupe and his Son Moses came to my house to build up my firepit. We wanted something inviting that would offer our family years of outdoor fun! They delivered...and then some! First off, they came and gave me a very reasonable estimate and had me scheduled the following week! They day of the job they came in @ 9 am and were done by 4pm and the quality of work was top-notch! We will be using Lupes Landscape for more projects in the future. They did such a great job that both my next door neighbors were getting estimates from him at the end of the day! Thank you Lupe, Moses and staff! Very impressed and can’t wait for the next project!

My partner and I reached out to the company to level a part of our yard and put up a retaining wall. They gave us a quote which sounded too good to be true, and it seems it was.

One previous contractor had quoted us $10,000 to level the area and install a rock wall and Lupe said their company could do it in a day at $3500. Wow! We said, that is amazing, the other company must have been overcharging us.

So on to the day of work, I came home to a rock wall, and a section that was not at all level. I showed Lupe this and he said "Oh so you want it more level"?

They came back the day after and did more work and at the end of the day it was still not level. I'm not sure what the expectation of asking something to be leveled usually is, but I expected them to actually bring out levels and ensure that it was flat. The area was still all over the place.

I would have been fine with them telling me that the project was going to cost a bit more money to get it where we wanted, I understand that people need to get paid. They either did not set my expectations on what they were going to do or did not understand what I needed them to do.

Afterwards, he asked me if I wanted gravel put in on top of it to make it level but from my understanding the ground should be level before putting the gravel on. I did not have them complete the rest of the project.

I paid them, but I am going to have to do many hours to get it to an acceptable place to get the project finished.

On the upside they were extremely quick to start the project and they were very kind and respectful while being on the property. I just don't feel like they communicated enough or set my expectations.

We recently purchased a new home in Hansville and were in need of a lawn service, and we found Lupe’s Landscaping through a web search. When he came to our home to give us a proposal for lawn service, we also spoke with him about landscaping, hardscaping, an irrigation system, outdoor stairs, a walking path, an outdoor fire pit, and some evergreen trees. We were very pleased with Lupe’s proposal with respect to the cost and his approach to all of our needs. He referred us to a home up the street from us where he had done landscaping and hardscaping; we met with that homeowner who was exceptionally pleased with the work Lupe and his team had done. We authorized Lupe to do all of the work we contemplated, and within a week everything was completed, and it exceeded our expectations. (And we are having him back to do the fencing for our yard…Lupe’s Landscaping truly is a one-stop shop for homeowners!) We found Lupe and his team to be very hardworking, efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We unreservedly recommend Lupe’s Landscaping to anyone wishing to have this type of work for their home!

These guys are incredible! They put in a retaining wall. It is amazing and only took 2 days from start to finish. Very hard workers! Lupe and his crew were easy to work with and answered any questions we had. We recommend them and will use them again in the future for possible future projects!

Lupe, his son and crew (4 total) spent about 6 hours cleaning up the landscaping on my property and adding compost. They had to wheelbarrow the compost up my driveway and up the grade of my backyard. They place looks wonderful. I have hired Lupe and his crew to maintain my landscaping for a really reasonable price. I hope to have them build some new improvements for me in the near future.

Lupe has completed numerous projects on our property including lawn seeding, tree removal, border construction, driveway graveling, landscape bark application and drain installation. He is easy to reach by phone, shows up promptly and works efficiently. He often suggests design features that hadn't occurred to me and always result in a clean and manicured appearance. I am completely satisfied with his work and recommend him highly for any and all landscaping projects.

We are new to Hansville. I called Lupe bases on Google reviews and he stopped by that same afternoon. We went over our needs, Lupe had great suggestions, and we proceeded the following Monday. He and his crew installed a 7-zone irrigation system, did much needed grading and clean-up, planted 12 trees, and put mulch throughout the yard, a half acre. Lupe and his crew worked hard and did amazing work. Quality at a very fair price. Lupe has my highest recommendation and that rarely occurs with me. Many thanks Lupe!

Lupe and his landscaping team are absolutely the finest and deliver a beautiful product. I've had three different projects for Lupe and he's offered suggestions and ideas that have really improved the look of our home and gardens. My Mom would have loved the finer details of their work and I have every intention of calling on Lupe for future projects. Muchas gracias!

Lupe and his crew were prompt and very thorough. His estimate was more than fair and the work was done efficiently. We have a very large laurel in our yard that is a bit too much for us to care for (along with some rhodies). Lupe came out a few days before for an estimate and returned two days later to complete the work. Other landscapers were booked out for weeks...months even. Lupe is also local to us here in Kingston so we were happy to support our neighbor and local business. We will for sure call him back in the spring when the laurels grow back and will also have him do some other landscaping on our property as well. Thank you Lupe!

I appreciated Lupe's Landscaping and Excavating's quick response and quality work on my rock walls and pathways in my backyard. Lupe and his son were both working and directing his large crew the whole time. They're very knowledgeable and I ended up with a yard I'm enjoying.

Lupes Landscaping was a wonderful discovery for us. In fact, after trying to obtain quotes from other landscapers, Lupe was an especially welcome discovery. Most other landscapers we interviewed had little or no creativity and even some seemed rather unwilling to accommodate our objectives. Worse yet, most others did not even return multiple phone calls and emails.
Lupe was a most refreshing change. He visited us the next afternoon, listened to our ideas and then made wonderful suggestions most of which we ended up incorporating. This was a rather complex landscaping job that incorporated automatic irrigation, a huge stone patio with walkways, stone stairs and a fire pit. Only two days later he and his crew were at our house to begin work a day ahead of schedule!!! That's right - AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! How often does that happen? The crew worked tirelessly Tuesday, Wednesday and completed the entire job on Thursday. Needless to say we are delighted with the result!
Lupe gets 5 stars for sure.

Lupe and his team are so amazing and such a lifesaver!! We just bought a house where the previous owners left behind a 5’ high construction/soil/trash/landscape debris piled 20’ wide across the ENTIRE back lot line. I called Lupe and he came out, day of to give us a quote. His quote came in more affordable than other landscapers AND he was able to put us on his schedule later that same week. His team completed the whole job in ONE day. I was astounded. They did such a great job, did multiple dump runs, and trimmed tree branches and removed blackberry bushes. I am floored by how hard working, how detail oriented this team is. I will always hire them for future landscaping projects. Thank you Lupe and your team!

Lupe and his team far exceeded my expectations. I called late on a Saturday and that Monday they arrived early, worked consistently with great effort for three days and transformed my acreage exactly how I’d asked. The team worked hard. They worked long hours until the job was completed exactly as I’d asked and beyond. They were courteous and respectful. Lupe and his team deserve more than 5 stars. Highly recommend.

This is an edit to my past review from a few years back because they are just so great. We reached back out to Lupe and his crew for another job we needed done and they once again didn't disappoint. They were quick to respond and came out and did an incredible job. I truly can't believe how fast they work. It is impressive! They are easy to work with and make sure you are satisfied with the job. I recommend them 10 out of 10. You will certainly be happy once you go through them!

We needed a landscaping refresh and update and did not know where to start. Lupe responded quickly to our inquiry, arrived promptly as scheduled, and provided a quick, thorough estimate. He and his team were very professional, the work was done quickly, and the result was WAY beyond our expectations!
