He was respectful, knowledgeable, and a kind tech to talk to. While he was waiting for the spot pre-treatment to set in, we had coffee and learned about each other’s families.

Omar has cleaned our carpet twice in the last 4 years. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient. I’m so glad to do business with Stanley Steamer. I have used other companies in the remote past, especially if I had a coupon, but, since I’ve started using Stanley Steamer they are the ONLY ones I will call.

Best contract experience ever! Family business. Owner has decades of experience in Kitsap County and answered phone personally. Techs were on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Omar explained what he was doing & why and answered all my questions. When I saw before & after photos, I was so glad I had the air duct cleaning service. Most highly recommend!!!

I have had Stanley Steamers clean my carpet for years. They have not let me down. I had professional people every time. Today was great, James did marvelous work.

Jim took so much extra time to ensure that our tile floors are sparkling clean. I did t realize how stained the grout was until it was cleaned. The carpets turned out well too though we are a bit worried because there is a hump in the carpet that wasn’t there before. We are hoping that disappears as the carpet completely dries. Otherwise we will have to have it reatretched 😕

The technician did a very well walk through of the house / rooms we were going to go through and tell me what I could expect or that he will try. The technician was very kind, very professional. He let me take a nap while he did his work, when he was done we did a walk through and the house looks better than I could have expected. First time hiring stanely steamer.
