House Cleaning reviews in Kingston, Washington

Brian is the most professional, easy going person to work with.

My carpets have never looked better! Very nice and professional service

The best

Brian did an amazing job on my duplex unit carpet that had not been cleaned in 5 years - Stains and all!
He kept me well informed leading up to the cleaning day, was right in time as promised, and is very reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Steamway !!

I'd like flag attention to the most conscientious Stanley Steemer expert I met today. Jim knows the numerous steps to perform the cleaning job thoroughly. A test run was conducted in a couple spots in the bathroom grout. I feel that after Jim cleaned the bathroom and laundry room floors, I would consider it done. He was careful to protect my hardwood floors and furniture. Additionally, he responded respectfully to my many questions.

Thank you for sending him out today!

On time, good communication & fantastic job! Omar was exceptionally friendly and I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer. So excited to have super clean carpets!

Went beyond what is normally expected to try and do the more environmentally conscious thing 👍

Absolutely one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Omar was on time, professional and personable. Completed the task efficiently and worked around our special requests. Thankyou Omar.

Patrick was very polite and friendly. Did a great job cleaning our sectional and chaise lounge, making them both look like new! He arrived exactly when expected, worked quickly, and the only thing he left behind was beautiful furniture! I’m one very pleased customer!!

We had our carpets cleaned by Justice and Patrick from Stanley Steemer today and they look brand new! They arrived on time and explained the cleaning process before starting the job. Justice and Patrick were extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend their services,

Stanley Steemer has never disappointed. I have been using them for decades and once again had an excellent job completed on my house carpets. Technician Shawn was very knowledgeable, Professional and very personable as well.

Thank you, Shawn and Stanley Steemer! All went well, my old carpets came back to life for the most part. I know they need replacing, but Shawn able to clean them up pretty well. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and a kind tech to talk to. While he was waiting for the spot pre-treatment to set in, we had coffee and learned about each other’s families.

And thanks to Katrina for getting me scheduled just in time for Thanksgiving dinner!

Great Service, friendly Technician. Furniture looks like new again!!!

Omar has cleaned our carpet twice in the last 4 years. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient. I’m so glad to do business with Stanley Steamer. I have used other companies in the remote past, especially if I had a coupon, but, since I’ve started using Stanley Steamer they are the ONLY ones I will call.

Shawn was great. He was fast and efficient in cleaning our carpets. He even gave us good advice about using our own carpet cleaner at home. We are happy with the service and the price was not bad.

Best contract experience ever! Family business. Owner has decades of experience in Kitsap County and answered phone personally. Techs were on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Omar explained what he was doing & why and answered all my questions. When I saw before & after photos, I was so glad I had the air duct cleaning service. Most highly recommend!!!
