I can't say enough good things about Luxe Remodeling! They recently transformed my mother's bathroom taking out the old tub and creating a shower with ramp. The whole process was so smooth and their team was kind, professional and respectful of my mother's home. Communication was excellent from start to finish and the were always on time and kept us in the loop. It's hard these days to find a company that truly cares but Luxe Remodeling does. Thanks to them my mother feels more independent and comfortable and I have peace of mind knowing she is safer.

I’ve worked with contractors three times now, and in my experience, communication is the most important part of any project. On that front, Nasser and Emma were excellent.

There was never a time I couldn’t reach them. When Nasser was busy on-site, Emma was always available as a reliable point of contact. They consistently checked in to make sure everything was going the way I wanted, so there were no surprises later—even with small details.

Nasser is very detail-oriented. With previous contractors, smaller or less visible items were often overlooked, but that was not the case here. I know I can be quite particular—even down to inch-level details—and he was always patient and accommodating.

I also appreciated that they made an effort to offer fair and reasonable pricing.

What stood out the most was the sense of responsibility. Nasser treated our home as if it were his own. At times, he even advised me not to enter certain areas for safety reasons. I was pregnant during part of the project, and he made sure the site was safe before my visits, which I truly appreciated.

Some parts of our project required a high level of craftsmanship, such as precise framing, and everything was executed cleanly and with great attention to detail.

If you value quality work, responsibility, and strong communication, I would definitely recommend working with Nasser. For any future projects, he will be the first person we call when we are ready to move forward.
