Unfortunately I did not receive the services I paid for. I booked a 4 hr cleaning and the housekeeper was supposed to arrive at 10am. They called at that time to say they were running a little late. They arrived after 11am. I left her with a list of duties and all of the cleaning supplies. I returned after some errands about 2 hrs and 45 min later to find that she was gone. Nothing on the list was done except for a sloppy job of vacuuming. Do NOT waste your money. Even after I sent an email along with pics to management, I was told that I could only get a refund of $29 and not $119(what I paid) because "she did clean for 3 hrs." She did not clean for 3 hrs and my 12 year old could have done a better job.
