Mikao did a wonderful and professional work. He cleaned our wool rug and the result was like a new rug. As well our sofa had some spots and he cleaned the sofa which became spotless. Couldn't be happier and will definitely go back when I need a new clean.

Mikhael was so polite and responsive. I was lucky to have him out the same day to clean a mattress that was soiled. He did a great job at a reasonable price. A day later the mattress looks brand new and the odor is gone. Definitely recommend and will use again in the near future for my carpets. He is good people!

No soapy residue. Excess moisture gone. Technician spent 2 hours. He was responsive and gracious about moving some furniture which I couldn't do due to being in recovery from recent surgery. Carpet looks great.

He indicated this allowed him to have the proper stain removal treatment and tools on hand for my job. Prior to Mikao arriving to our home, we received a text giving us a heads up on his arrival. Mikao was kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and stain removal. We should have booked Mikao and his team from the get-go instead of starting with an alternate group. Mikael always does a great job. I’ve always been happy and today excited. My Pup had so many pee stains. They are all gone. He deodorized, too. I’m hoping this will be good for pup. Mikao did an amazing job cleaning carpets that smelled awful, as if they had never been cleaned beyond dry vacuuming, with lingering old pet urine odors. I had tried countless odor-removal products and even multiple passes with a Bissell Green Machine, but nothing worked — the smell always came back. Mikao completely eliminated the odor and left the carpets smelling fresh and looking like new. I’m truly impressed and will definitely use his services again.

Our carpets looked great after Mikao's cleaning which was no surprise based on the reviews. I'm most appreciative of his integrity. We had some damage/discoloration on our landing caused by the hose. He made it right. He returned quickly, attempted to address, offered to bring in a contractor when that didn't work (not needed since we're planning on resurfacing) and issued a credit for part of the cleaning fee. Great carpet cleaning and great customer service.
