WLP was able to bring our ideas to life by extending the livable space in our backyard. The house is on a hillside, so we wanted to build a retaining wall that would also hold a paved terrace. Other landscapers attempted to visualize the backyard by providing sketches, some hand drawn. WLP connected us with a landscape architect who was able to develop a BEAUTIFUL rendering. WLP then brought that rendering to life! A year after the project was completed, I called WLP to fix an issue with the sprinkler. Western Pavers was there to help. WLP’s commitment to customer service has truly made a positive impact on my experience.

I had a large project that included driveway pavers, landscaping, retaining wall and pavered patio/walkways. The entire team at Western Landscaping were great from start to finish. Demo was quick, but construction took several weeks. The team always showed up on time, we’re professional and worked hard to get it completed on schedule.

There were some minor issues as expected from any project of this size, but everyone at western landscaping were quick to answer and rectify everything that popped up.

Two months after installation was completed, I noticed issues with some pavers that appeared to be failing. Instead of a smooth surface, the pavers were becoming rough with exposed aggregate. I notified Western Landscaping and I was told the pavers were defective. Western Landscaping were quick to resolve the problem by ordering new pavers and having their crew come and replace the defective ones. The work they did was great and was at no cost to us.

I would highly recommend Western Landscaping for any large landscaping project.

Ross and his crew had done some great work removing stumps 3 years ago, so I gave them a call to get help with some yard drainage issues after construction. He was super responsive and came out within a couple of days to look at the yard and give me a thoughtful solution. After hiring them for the job, his crew of great guys came out and worked like crazy in one day to remove old soil, install French drains, bring in new soil, regrade the yard, and hydroseed. I fully plan to call them again for my next project.

This is the second time we have hired Western Landscape and Pavers and we were pleased to know some key people we worked with were still there. Seven years ago we met with Ross to have our back patio redone and we continue to enjoy every minute spent out there. This year we had our driveway, walkway and front porch redone in pavers. We could not have asked for a more efficient operation from meeting with Ross for suggestions/options, scheduling/visiting their showroom and working with their knowledgeable staff, and having an incredible crew handle the demo/installation. We appreciated the care and respect of our property during this huge project. We highly recommend Western Landscape and Pavers.

The team at Western L&P took great care of us!! The crew arrived early every and did excellent work! The owners and entire team were all fantastic to work with. They were affordable, punctual, responsive and friendly! We were so pleased with their work, right away, that we added two additional projects to the job and they took it all in stride. We recently redo our front yard with big natural boulder to layer the ground. We have quoted with different companies, and eventually choose western L&P. We are fascinated by the response speed and process speed. The estimation and quote get back to us quick and follow up works. The how project flow smoothly and well communicated the whole time. Customer service is very responsive on every questions I have. The project team is professional, they cautiously take over all necessary protections to prevent accidents. Overall, I am very happy about the project. Looking forward to with them again for my backyard renewals in the future.

This company is loserville with absolutely no integrity. Ross and Company, if given a chance to, will take your money and not complete the job they were hired for.

Contracted to rebuild a water feature completely from the ground up. Did not fulfill the contract. Did not replace the filter system, valve, and water return piping. Leaking worse than before. Will not return our emails or calls. Ross and Company apparently have no integrity.

I highly recommend Western pavers. They exceeded expectations. They were on time and on budget and did a great job. The crew worked fast and hard and was respectful of the property. We had to quickly get a permeable driveway for occupancy and they were able to install permeable pavers fairly quickly and the end result adds value to our property.

Fredy’s Landscaping did an amazing job on our yard. Everything looks neat, green, and professionally maintained.

Echo previous reviews here. We had our yard seeded (with topsoil) and sprinkler system installed by this company a year ago. They were very friendly, very eager to start, and gave a competitive bid. They did the work very quickly, and we were OK with their work at the time, despite some back and forth with them in during their work. We were also told we would have a one year warranty and like other reviewers here tried to call/text/email them about issues with their work within the one year, they never responded. They used lowest quality materials, and cheapest methods in their work, resulting in poor quality of the lawn (uneven, bald spots) and the irrigation system (sprinklers, and controller failures, uneven sprinkling coverage). Not recommended, stay away from them!

We had our sprinkler system installed by this company a year ago. They were very friendly and gave a competitive bid. They did the work fairly quickly and we were happy at the time. We were told we would have a one year warranty and when we called and emailed them we never got any response back to address an issue we had even though it was still within the one year. We now called in a different company to fix and do some additional changes and they told us that the piping that was used originally was a cheap one and very thin so while he will fix the things I wanted he wanted us to be aware that if there is a leak somewhere else he couldn't be held responsible because the pipe is so thin.

Every day a guy in this company's van cuts the line at after school pickup and leaves the van parked in the way while he strolls off to get his kid, because apparently the rules don't apply to him. Can't wait to pick a different company when I need landscaping.

Update: Now he just brings a different vehicle with the company logo and parks in handicapped spots. Today he argued with some guy who called him out. Real piece of work.

Beware of the neighbor who uses their service. In the fall, they blow the leaves into your yard and property. Despite being reminded multiple times, they continue to do this. Basically you have to do their jobs and they get paid for it.

Brandon was easy to work with, very responsive, and quick to provide a detailed, well-thought-out, and competitively priced quote for our landscape restoration project. His communication was clear throughout, and it was obvious he understands the scope and knows what he’s doing.

One of the best . Love the work and the effort . Never a disappointment . Thank you for all the work team .
