I had a great experience working with ArkBlu Surfaces.

I originally planned to use them for Stuga flooring, but ultimately went in a different direction after finding another product that was a better fit for the project. That said, my experience with their team throughout the process was excellent.

They were extremely accommodating with scheduling—even when I expanded scope to include the basement, they were able to get it on the calendar within two days. That kind of flexibility is rare, especially on tight timelines. Even though our project timing shifted and we didn’t end up using that slot, their willingness to move quickly stood out.

Communication was also a big plus. Everything was handled over email, which is exactly how I prefer to operate. No phone tag, no chasing people down—just clear, documented communication that made coordination straightforward and efficient.

Would absolutely consider working with them again based on professionalism, responsiveness, and how easy they were to work with.

Andrey and his team from Ark Blu Surfaces transformed our room divider fireplace! They did such excellent work preparing the old brick and installing porcelain tile and quartz to update our fireplace that separates our living and dining room. Andrey was responsive and was able to suggest options that fit with our home style. The team was always so respectful of our home and schedule. The attention to detail and workmanship was excellent, including beautiful epoxy mitered edges. We are so happy with the completed project and plan to use Ark Blu again for more home remodel projects.

When you have a home accident with a leak, the last thing anyone thinks of is getting excited about a remodel. However, if you spend more than a minute with Andrey and his team from ArkBlu Surfaces, you may change your mind about that. I’m a designer and a bit of a perfectionist, so when I say Andrey and his team are top-notch, I truly mean it. Every concern I raised was thoughtfully considered, and we worked collaboratively to find the right solutions.

ArkBlu installed wood flooring on two levels of our home, re-leveled the basement floor, and extended and built a full bathroom in our primary. This included in-floor heating, tile, vanity, mirrors, toilet, and all plumbing and electrical work.

The attention to detail from every member of Andrey’s team was exceptional, and the tile craftsmanship—chef’s kiss.

We are DIYers and pretty handy ones at that - Tile though isn't for us. Alex just left and the work they did on the kids shower tub surround is awesome! I chose and procured the tile and bathroom fixtures and they did the rest. And it looks beautiful! Reasonable price. Very very clean, precise thorough and awesome communication. Also to note - efficient. They also thought of some of the little things that we didn't that make a world of difference (like the head of the shower head?!) Needless to say - we need to start planning our bathroom now and hopeful Alex and team will be available to help us with that as well.

My bathroom was fully remodeled with this guys. We made a great plan to get everything done while we were on vacation. They called me during vacation to figure all nuances and my family was super happy with results. We’ve got ceiling raised with new lighting, new tiles everywhere, new cabinets, countertops, sinks, new plumbing, new bath. New texture and paint on walls. We were very glad with quality, timing, and more importantly price.

Alex and his team are a dream team. We ended up having a leak in our master shower that was leaking to our 2nd floor. I just needed a tile cutter to cut the area bigger for a bigger face plate. They were so precise and accurate and did an amazing job. We than had them seal our tile and grout in both bathrooms. What a difference that makes for mildew and mold buildup.

We then ended up with a cracked tile in our kitchen. And Alex and his team quickly fixed it within one day of reaching out.

Overall he has done four projects for us and has been completely professional, timely, fair priced and amazing. I didn’t think I ever needed a tile guy but I am so glad I have one now. You can’t go wrong with using Alex and his team for all tile projects.
