Tree reviews in Lacey, Washington

What a great business to have at my home! Such a kind, honest and hard working crew. My yard and trees look wonderful. They showed so much care for my plants and house. The biggest bonus, the price! I highly recommend Olban and his family for your arborist needs!

They did an outstanding job!

We had a terrible wind storm 2 days prior that brought down over 10 large branches spanning from 10ft to 30ft. Our entire lot was a complete disaster (too much debris for my two 64 gallon yard waste cans) I called 8 companies the day after the storm and he was the ONLY one who answered right away and scheduled to come out within the next day or two. Perfect! (I never got a single call back from any other company local to Lacey which was surprising)
Wonderful crew. Showed up at 830am and done by 10am. The owner was hard working and just really, I have zero complaints. 100% they will be my #1 contact for futures. They even helped 2 of my neighbors on the way out.
👏👏👏👏👏

Very unprofessional from phone call, to being late for appointment, to never calling back with estimate. Look elsewhere for your landscaping needs. Would give zero stars if I could

Had the pleasure of working with them on another Landscaping project. They’re affordable, timely and did a beautiful job.

There the best

Good people. Great work ethic.

I hear They like big wood

These guys did amazing! Thank you!

Do not use this business I hired them to cut 5 trees, they cut only 4. I’ve contacted them 8 times during the past year to finish the job, they just ignored me. It’s sad these people can’t finish the job, I’ll find a better company to use next time.

They remodeled a bedroom for me and did an excellent job.Next is my kitchen remodel ,and they already have the job.I needed the room done quickly and they certainly delivered.Quality work, efficient, and affordable.Thank you,Rock Solid.

I made the mistake of paying for services in advance. They did a great job until they picked up a job that pays more money. The project has died and I doubt it will ever be completed by this organization. Buyer Beware: Do not pay this company upfront.

Positive up going and experienced employees and dedicated to getting the job done with efficiency and safety by any and all standards. They would be highly recommended by me in any and all future jobs needing to be done and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have anything done. They were very underpriced compared to about 10 different businesses that I had come and bid on the same job for this project I hired them to complete. Thank you "Rock Solid Landscape Services" you guys ROCK!!

This company is true to their mission statement. What I saw in their work in meeting the urgent need of the customer first. They show through customer care that they value honesty, integrity, and respect to you and your property. I will only be using this company moving forward.
