I have used Watermill since 1998 and this last year bought a new heater. The heater is leaking and I cannot get a service rep to return my calls or come to my house and even take a look! I have spent thousands of dollars at Watermill. I will call the heater company and complain.

I called up to get information about repairing an older whirlpool tub and leaned in the call that repair was not feasible for very concrete reasons. I appreciated the time and advice even though I could not be a paying customer!

I am looking to build a pool in my backyard, so I called Watermill. Turns out they don't install pools, but Bill went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about pool systems and pointed me in a few good directions in how to go about building a pool. I really appreciated his time and will look to work with them in the future.

Called multiple times to try and get a quote or someone out to service, sent an email with pictures and video. Called multiple times and was told they would get back to me. Waste of time and effort. It would have just been easier for them to tell me they don't have time to give me an estimate.

Fantastic experience and customer service. Purchased a spa at the Home Show in Kirkland from Dan. After talking with multiple spa sales people, Dan was the most knowledgable and helpful. Additionally, better quality spa compared to everyone else. No pressure from Dan or Sai.

They ended up building a wood platform at an extra cost for the spa to get it level. The workmanship was spot on.

After getting the spa ready, Dan even took a phone call from me what sounded like he was at his kid's game to help walk me through it.

I'd definitely buy again from them.

I called them with a problem with our pool heater and they were able to help this novice pool owner over the phone. I had spoken with two other companies but this was the only company that gave me tips over the phone and I was actually able to get things going myself. I was more than happy to hire them but they gave me advice such that this time, I didn't even need to. You can believe that I will definitely hire them in the future!
