I’ve used this company before and had good experiences in the past, which is why I hired them again for a move with my wife and young son. Unfortunately, this time the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
During the move into our new apartment, the movers did not use floor protection or carpets, despite this being a clean, new space where our child would be walking barefoot. The movers walked through the apartment with visibly dirty shoes, which was frustrating and careless.
When I raised a separate issue related to a small piece of furniture from a prior move, it was immediately dismissed with no willingness to even discuss responsibility.
What upset me the most, however, was the unprofessional behavior toward my wife. One of the movers repeatedly asked her personal questions about her ethnicity and appearance, which made her uncomfortable. This is completely inappropriate in a professional setting, especially during a family move.
I expect movers to focus on the job, maintain professionalism, and respect personal boundaries. Sadly, this experience fell far short of that. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

I would not recommend this moving company. The movers were slow, careless, and clearly inexperienced. They didn’t bother using blankets or proper protection on all large furniture, which resulted in several damages: they scratched the top of our dresser, dented our end table, and scuffed our bar cart. They also ran furniture into the top of our garage, chipping the paint on the side of our house. Worst of all, they completely broke the keypad off our safe so we couldn’t even open it. We had to call a locksmith to get it open and replace the entire keypad (costing us $568.05). We showed them the dresser and safe damages and they gave us $200 off… didn’t cover close to what they cost us.

Their incompetence didn’t stop there. It took them an absurd amount of time to take apart a basic bed frame, and when they were struggling just as badly to reassemble it at the new house, I finally told them to stop after hearing crashing noises upstairs. I proceeded to assemble the bed frame by myself once they left in about 5 minutes.

One of the guys also put legs back on our live edge table crooked and now it wobbles really badly… just all around sloppy.

I’ve used numerous moving companies in the past and have never had a bad experience until this one. Do not recommend. No clue how there are so many good reviews. I’m sure once we fully unpack we’ll find more damages.

I read good reviews before calling Eco Movers myself. I’m so glad I did. Netzer and Cruz were so accommodating and made it easy. Jonathan on the customer service side made it easy to set up. The service here is completely and totally worth it.

Cha and Catalino were incredible! Quick, efficient, friendly, communicative and they just made this move the real easy button for me. 10/10 recommend and would absolutely hire again.

We just completed a move from Port Orchard to Renton and had a really bad experience with this company.

1. They didn't send enough movers for us.
We had described in great detail our house and contents during the quoting process, however on moving day when the movers arrived - they informed us that the quoters had underestimated our move and didn't send enough guys (there were 3 guys sent) to complete the move in 8 hours. I asked if there was any extra cost or any solution to help us move all our stuff, but they were unable to provide any solutions for us.

2. They couldn't move even half our stuff. (picture attached)
We didn't even have too much stuff. Leaving more than half of our boxes and things behind - the truck was still mostly empty. I think they only spent about 2 hours loading and said their time was up for loading up before they had to start driving.

3. They switched the moving company base location, and billed us for the extra drive time. We originally booked this with the Bremerton / Port Orchard Ecomovers location. The original quote took into account the drive time from their company to our house. However, on moving day they switched to a far away south Tacoma location without informing us, and BILLED us for the longer drive time from Tacoma to Port Orchard - eating into their 8 hour limit. This is in addition to the drive time they would already bill to go between the two houses, and the drive time to go back to their base. This part felt the most like a scam, especially since we didn't have a say.

Overall:
I could say more - but overall, only half our stuff was moved so we needed to get another moving arrangement in the end, making us feel like this whole experience was a waste of time and money. The company should have offered a solution to get us fully moved, they shouldn't have billed us for the extra drive time to and from Tacoma due to the location switch (or even if they did - they should have added more guys to help account for the extra time lost driving and use that time towards moving all our stuff!)

They did offer a $99 refund due to our "dissatisfaction" but frankly that's a drop in the bucket compared to what we paid, and we just needed our stuff moved - we didn't need $99 back.

I highly recommend EcoMovers. Netzer and Cruz were incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional. They took great care in packing, loading, and unloading. This move came together on short notice. So appreciative for all their help.

Papani and Alfer were super helpful! They were really fast loading, unloading, and helped me pack of some of my remaining things. Alfer was a great planner and they got me moved to my new place in a breeze

We had the pleasure of working with movers Ruben, Lucas, and Dameon for a two-part move involving two separate apartments. They completed both moves in under six hours with impressive efficiency and care—nothing was broken or damaged.

Beyond their professionalism, they were incredibly personable and kind, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable movers.

We had a great experience with Eco Movers. Netzer, Cruz, and Catalina were right on time and got to work right away. They were very careful and cautious with our stuff but moved quickly. The whole Eco Movers team was very communicative and helpful through the whole process.
