Had yearly maintenance done on my furnace. Ken was punctual actually a little early which was appreciated. All while keeping me informed of arrival time. Service was performed and details of work accomplished explained.

Adriel Kirkhart was the technician who serviced our furnace and air conditioning unit. He was great in every way. Polite, professional, efficient. He assessed the problem we called about and corrected it immediately. He added some pipes to our system and put in new filters. He answered all my questions clearly and helped explain some maintenance issues that will be valuable in the future. An added bonus was his cheerful, positive nature.
