We had Tumwater tree service out today and they did a super job. On time, cleaned up, took down 10 trees in the time promised. Super knowledgeable and all around nice people.
Reasonable pricing too. We will definitely use them again.

Love these guys!!! Grey and Brian are friendly, professional and so amazingly talented at what they do. They were able to fall two really tall trees for us wedged between two buildings and a power line and even preserved a 29' length of the base for us to use as lumber. And they were super accommodating, helping us out with this project with almost no notice - we needed these removed urgently as we are in the middle of a construction project. I can't recommend them enough!! A++

Tumwater Tree Service came out to prune a tree in our backyard. We are so pleased with how it turned out; they did a fantastic job! Grey was very knowledgable and professional. We will be calling Tumwater any time we need work done and would give the highest recommendation to anyone and everyone!

Gray & the team did an outstanding job taking down a huge maple that was overhanging our roof & power lines. They coordinated with the power company & were honest and transparent in their communications with us. Fair price, safe work practices and tremendous attitudes of the whole crew!

We had 8 aspens that needed some serious work as they had not been pruned in a very long time. Grey made time to come review the job, made sure he understood the work I was requesting, and just did a fantastic job pruning all the trees. He was even great with my neighbors 5 year old son, teaching him things when he asked, and keeping an eye out so he didn’t get hurt. Grey will always be my first call when I need tree work in the future!

I met Grey to get a bid on my dads trees for trimming. The esimate was very reasonable so I hired him to do the job. Grey and crew were on time, I however was not, and they did an excellent job trimming out both trees. I would highly recommend him for your tree issues.

My husband called other companies and no one called him back. I called Grey and he called me back quickly and was out to give me an estimate within hours! We had 4 trees removed off of our very steep property. They did a great job. Left no mess and their rates were affordable. They work with a smile and their line of communication was great. 🙂

Grey and the pruning he did was exceptional! I called on a Thursday and he came on Sunday and was so kind to teach us how to prune all our new trees that we had planted 3 years ago. It was a small job and yet we felt important and listened to. I highly recommend his services and trust his knowledge.

My husband and I just moved to the area, wanted to do our part in keeping the fire prevention tactics and healthy trees on our property, and Grey was the first guy to call back. He came promptly, to evaluate our land and set up an appointment. He and his partner Brian worked on our trees for 2 days and we love the results. All the dead branches gone and he educated us on different types of trees and things to look for in possible disease prevention. They were professional, left the grounds better than they were before, were upfront on consulting us about what they planned to do and were the perfect company to call. They are the "happiest tree service" in the area. We recommend them 110% !!

Grey with Tumwater Tree Service is extremely professional and fair with his business. He is a very nice guy and always has a smile on his face. We love the work he did cleaning up our trees and making them fire safe. He doesn't take shortcuts and was very quick and neat! Overall I would give 10 stars, but google only lets us give 5. Grey with Tumwater Tree Service came over to help with a big Douglas Fir that needed the lower branches trimmed for the health of the tree and fire prevention. I really appreciated how much Grey communicated throughout the process- from assessing the job beforehand, to making sure I was happy with the work he was doing both during and afterwards. He worked with efficiency and skill and his friendly, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor made him a pleasure to work with!
After he worked with the tree, he considerately cleaned up the area and he used his chipper to turn the trimmed branches into mulch for my garden.

Grey and his crew were the best to work with taking out over 40 tall pines from our property. We received daily updates on the work completed, and on top of it all every single limb and tree that was cut was completely removed from the property. I have worked with many contractors and services over the years and Grey was definitely the best to work with!

Grey was fantastic, and I will be turning to him for any and all future jobs. He was prompt in all communication, respectful but warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. He listened closely to my requests, and guided me in thinking carefully through the best options. When we had to reschedule at the last minute due to unforseen challenges in the project, he was understanding and gracious, and got us rescheduled right away. Amazing value for the quality of work.

I enthusiastically recommend Grey and his crew at Tumwater Tree Service! Excellent and prompt communication, fair pricing, skilled work, and always showed up on time. Most of them were close to buildings/septic, and the extra care they took to make sure there was no chance of damage was much appreciated. Having trees removed can be a bit of a nail-biter, but we had no reason to worry - we were in great hands, and the job went perfectly!
