I chose Drymaster LLC because they are owner/operated and chemical free. The reviews are true, and I am a very happy customer. My carpet is fresh and free of the previous owners cats and my dryer vent yielded handfuls of yucky stuff! The best part came with Bryson’s ethics when he offered to return if I should notice any further animal odors!

I was impressed with Bryson’s low moisture procedure to clean my permanent carpets and my wool large area rug. The process really cleaned my carpets well with a wonderful clean scent. The drying time was only a little over an hour. I will definitely call this service again since making an appointment on line is quick and easy and you can trust they will show up as booked. Very satisfied with the results.

Service was top notch! Im extremely satisfied with Drymaster. I called multiple Vent cleaning companies around North Idaho and Drymaster had one of the best prices and He even worked with my schedule and came out late after I got off work.

Bryson did a terrific job for us. He arrived on time, asked a few questions, fitted his respirator mask and cleaned air ducts high and low. Then he cleaned the clothes dryer and furnace.
He presented himself well; friendly and professional. His knowledge about frequency and maintenance tips were appreciated.

This is the second time we have used this company and they have been amazing both times. Our family will continue to use them for all our carpets and upholstered furniture needs!!!

Bryson was awesome! Very professional and got us in within 2 days. He was at our house early and got started right away. It was really fun to watch him work. Very impressed with the work done by Bryson! After a long stomach bug spell this momma was tired of cleaning all the bodily fluids! I was able to book online, and he was able to come within 12 hours! He was super fast and our carpets/rugs feel brand new! Which is incredible considering we have 3 kids & 2 shedding dogs! HIGHLY recommend this small family owned business! We’ll be having our furniture cleaned next 🙌🏼

Drymaster is my go to anytime I need my floors cleaned. Professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. I had a red wine stain emergency and they were able to help me out with short notice and made it like new. Would give more stars if I could!

I needed my dryer vent cleared out, and I was able to schedule online (I love that!). Bryson arrived promptly with a friendly smile, and he got the vent cleaned quickly and for a reasonable price. I was able to pay via Venmo, so the whole process was very convenient. I will definitely call these guys for any issues in the future!

Awesome experience! Bryson was very professional, fast and thorough. I am VERY sensitive to chemicals and smells and whatever he used didn't bother me at all! I will be requesting Drymaster again for another piece of furniture in the near future.

Bryson did a great job on our carpets! His cleaning method uses less water-allowing for carpets to be dry and ready to go sooner! Carpet was clean and fresh without any chemical smell. Would highly recommend!
