Had an urgent need and Mr Rooter was the only company available to come out. Responded quickly and took care of our leak professionally without waiting until after the Memorial Day weekend. All work was professional and the technician used his skillset and imagination to come up with a solution.

Had them come out for a estimation on how much clearing a drain would be, they recommended hydrojetting without really looking at much or how our line works. Quoted us $800 to start. The guy had a terrible attitude. You could tell he didn't want to be there. With that interaction and pricing we went else where. Was quoted $185. Paid $185. The man was lovely. Do better Rooter.

I accidentally flushed my wedding ring down the toilet. Alex and the other technician were very helpful. Even though they couldn’t find it, they checked the manhole cover down the street and suggested I see if the city could come take a look. They did and by some miracle they found it. I’m so grateful they gave me the suggestion to call the city and took the time to be helpful even though it was a once in a million chance.

Not much worse than discovering a leak in your main line, not knowing where it's at, and no plumber immediately available. But wait, we called Mr. Rooter and they came that night!!!! Our service professional, Atreyu, came, very friendly, polite, easy to understand, and easy to work with. We had great communication and appreciate his quick response and his empathy for this potential hazard. Thank you for nipping this problem in the bud!! Highly recommend!

Terry, was very informative, explaining each step that he was doing, the possible need for removing the toilet, to fix the problem, and the different costs, for each process. He fixed the problem, in a very timely manner.

Highly recommend Mr Rooter. Our tech was wonderful. Explained everything, check out everything and got us up and running.

Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me the price of different options available for what I needed before performing the service. After the service he made sure to clean up and put everything back how it was. He also looked at a couple other things in the house to look for possible issues and gave advice, for free.

Colby was nice an was here about 45 minutes Rotor rooter quoted me $220.09 compared to your $747 but i didnt want to wait two days. Probably won’t use again to expensive for our senior budget

Atreyu did an excellent job clearing up our kitchen drain issue. Not an easy task on a 1950’s house that is built on a concrete slab. He was very professional and explained everything he needed to do. We would definitely recommend Mr Rooter.

The guys Riko, John (I think that was his name) and inspector ( plumber journeyman-no name given.), were kind, efficient, professional, and they did a fantastic job! I have used this company before, when it was roto router. I would definitely recommend them. Great people they have!
