We talk about what is needed, have great conversation, and he gets the work done. I appreciate that he is local and I love his entrepreneur backstory. Willapa tree service is an all around great company, and good at what they do!

I am totally impressed with the work that Tedd and crew did to eliminate hazard trees close to my house. The three trees were at risk of coming down on my house in a windstorm. One big tree had large, heavy limbs hanging directly over the roof. All was removed with no damage to anything valuable, thankfully. The debris was cleaned up and raked clean. They did everything as agreed, plus more than I expected. I do not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone needing similar work done.

Ted did an excellent job taking down several trees for us which were close to our house. He arrived when he said he would (giving us an estimate and the day he fell the trees) and finished the work very efficiently. He fell the trees right where we wanted them and even cut all the limbs off which we really appreciated. The price was good and we will be hiring Willapa Tree Service for any of our future tree service needs.

I've had Willapa come to my place in Long Beach, WA, three times. They are fast, efficient and always do a great job cleaning up.

A very large cherry tree collapsed onto the house, resting precariously above a sloping side yard that offered limited access. The sizeable trunk had split in half, but the two halves remained suspended in mid-air joined only by deteriorating wood fibers. After several smaller companies assessed the situation, it became apparent that they were uncertain about how to safely and effectively remove the tree. Upon arrival, Tedd Huhta conducted a thorough evaluation, formulated a logical removal strategy, and confidently assured me that his team possessed the specialized equipment necessary for the task, minimizing risk to both the property and landscape—an advantage not evident with other providers. Given the impending rain and concerns about potential roof damage being obscured by branches, Mr. Huhta proactively adjusted his schedule to address our urgent needs. The Willapa Tree Service crew arrived the following morning and professionally executed the removal, methodically and carefully dismantling the tree section by section with impressive surgeon-like precision. Throughout the procedure, each tree branch was either chipped or set aside for future firewood. After the removal of the tree was complete, the workers cut the remaining wood into 16” long lengths and placed them in a neat pile in a previously designated area. Before they left, Mr. Huhta and his crew cleared all the tree debris and leaves, leaving the yard spotless. I highly recommend Willapa Tree Service. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Ted and his crew were more then professional, stunningly affordable, and hands down the best tree service I've ever seen in my entire life! Ted was like superman 🦸‍♂️ in the tree. I'm not kidding! And he dropped EVERYTHING he had to in a 10 foot area spot in my back yard, it was a 60 foot tree. I couldn't believe how perfect this job went, and I wouldn't of believed it if I wasn't there to see it myself. I'd give a thousand stars if I could.

Was referred to (Ted) Willapa Tree Service from a mutual friend. He was able to make time with very short notice to help cut down a very difficult tree that was leaning over a roadway. He was able to climb that and section it with the limbs falling back on the property in a very safe and professional manner. It was very impressive to watch. In addition. He was willing to take down 3 more trees while he was there. I found his experience to be very impressive and someone I would highly recommend to anyone looking. He was very fair on price also. I would definitely use him again in the future.
