Technician John arrived, checked my LG dishwasher, which stopped draining water. The drain pump was faulty. John had the necessary pump with him, and he was able to replace it right there. Thank you John for bringing my dishwasher back to life!

The repair lasted 3 days in total.It was a lot shorter than the same repair that was made 0under warranty. This repair is a general design flaw with the machine itself. The fee was reasonable.

I called first thing in the morning, kinda desperate because my oven went out and I run a bakery. He arrived only a few hours later, with a part for an Electrolux, which isn’t as common as other brands. He was professional, knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem quickly.

Repair person didn’t speak but three words. “Bucket, pump 30 minutes” as he left the house. Did not fix and a call after he left to them quoted a price for the “repair parts” at a price I could buy a new dishwasher of same model, which I did. Not impressed with repair person or telephone service on call. Would not recommend ☹️

Was able to get someone out for a diagnostic of my fridge issue same day! Didn’t end up going forward with the repair, as it was the same price to replace the fridge given the issue, but can testify that the technician was very kind and accommodating of my schedule. I would reach out again in the future!

We had a seamless experience. They had my washer assessed, and the pump replaced in the same day so we were back and running. They were courteous, communicative on arrival times and very fast.

My samsung dryer stopped drying clothes. I called Smart Fixes as they had good reviews. The technician arrived promptly the same day. It turned out that the heater burned out. The technician changed it immediately on the spot, he had everything he needed with him. Now my dryer dries clothes like before.

They were very responsive and quick to schedule and complete our washing machine repair. I had called another place right before and the charge was twice as much and would have taken two weeks instead of two days to schedule. I wish I called here first to save the service charge! Highly recommend!

Broken Miele dishwasher successfully fixed. The technician came out quickly to diagnose the problem - as soon as we called. Then the ordered part came in about a week, and after it was installed the dishwasher is working well and not making weird crackling sounds anymore from the drain pump.
