Contractor reviews in Lynnwood, Washington

We have used Coons Constructions for two separate projects and have been satisfied on both. Nathan is very attentive to details and manages his crews accordingly.

Nathan and company repaired the siding on our garage a few yrs ago and then the siding on our 2nd floor dormer last year, along with replacing some doors and windows throughout the house. High quality work, on-time, super responsive. Will use again.

Nathan and his crew did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. Always on time and on schedule, very professional. I would recommend Coons Construction LLC and will hire them again for my next project.

Coons did a complete kitchen and two bathroom remodel for us. We have had many positive comments from friends and relatives regarding the look and quality of work. Nathan completed the work on time and within budget. We will use Coons Construction for our next project.

We had an overall great experience working with Coons Construction. There was quick and clear communication handled by the team. Nathan is punctual and timely, which was very refreshing compared to the previous contractor. Nathan was actually at our house to fix the unfinished projects from said previous contractor. :) We felt Nathan gave us realistic expectations for the scope of the project and seemed very knowledgable about other questions we had for him. He was tidy and respectful of our spaces, children and dog. He puts pride into his work and we are happy with the finished product. Also, he isn't afraid to work in the pouring down rain!
Looking forward to more house projects together in the future! Thank you!

Coons construction did two major projects on my 1950’s home. First, was to replace 73 year old siding, windows, doors and plumbing. Nathan orchestrated the project in a very efficient and timely manner. Second project, remodeling a 50’s, very dated and run down, family room. Added a toilet and sink in the laundry room. New flooring, walls, electric, plumbing, and a beautiful cedar plank ceiling. Again, the project was timely and organized. Nathan was accommodating when I wanted to add or change things and always kept me updated on the budget. I would highly recommend Coons Construction.

Nathan and team did an outstanding job on our deck remodel. I really appreciated how communicative he was throughout the project. He also provided a digital rendering of our deck before we started so that we could make informed design choices, which helped a ton. I look forward to working with Coons Construction in the future and highly recommend them!

Best contractor experience! Nathan is completely reliable and honest. Open and transparent regarding cost, progress, and scheduling. Quality of work is top-notch. We had Coons Construction remodel our mid-century modern house: install new HVAC systems, repair exterior water damage, new electrical system (and panel) new windows, finish basement space, create a laundry room, new plumbing and more. We came in below budget. Nathan continues to check in months after work was completed to make sure everything is working proeprly and there are no problems. (I know its sounds too good to be true, but it is!)

Coons Construction managed our remodel project and delivered a high-quality project on time and on budget. Nathan did a great job managing the project, selecting top-notch subcontractors and supervising them carefully. He was excellent at communication, keeping us up-to-date and helping to solve any issues that came up during construction to prevent any problems. We got fully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and the quality of the finished remodel is really extraordinary. He was willing to work with our quirky design choices, and also worked hard to make the project as green as possible, recycling most of the construction debris and finding greener choices for products like adhesives and insulation. Nathan is very conscientious and came back after the project was complete to take care of any issues that came up after we moved back in and make sure everything was perfect.
