I lived in a residential address. I had issues with unpaid wages and discrepancies of opinion with the property owner and per these discrepancies. I am having to file an appeal with section 8 housing authority to termination of services because of these differences of opinion. Being that I had photos of the property had 2 rooms that were moderately huge.Over five hundred square feet easily and the point that they installed a floor in the laundry room that I was additionally able to take pictures of after I had moved in, gave relevance in which this person was able to look at the pictures that I sent them and identify their professional opinion and courtesy of what was speculationably relateable without being able to see pictures prior to the point of address, moving into the residence And leasing for a term of one year! The basis that this person had the compassion even though I didn't have pictures prior to the address and moving in and took the time to look at the photos just to see what was his thoughts and identify his professional experience that I could submit this at my hearing along with any other professional contractors identify a courtesy willing to review the differences of information and submittable evidence that I have to defend myself respect that I did not maliciously or intently damage this property nor do I deserve to lose housing as a subsidiary forever!

Communication was excellent, they got to our jobs within two weeks of bidding, and completed work in minimal time. Cleanup was thorough and the final cost very reasonable. The guys from North Seattle Construction Solutions LLC showed up on time, worked efficiently but carefully, and did the job for a reasonable price. Nermin was great to work with from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable, good at communicating and most importantly great at what he does. We hired him to repair multiple drywall patches and to paint our living room wall and are very happy with the outcome. We are looking forward to hiring Nermin again for future projects!

The original construction of the attic door opening made the application of any new door and ladder troublesome, but our contractor took the time to make it work, turning what initially looked like a difficult and possibly irreparable situation into an exceptional outcome. Nermin did such a great job replacing trim in my house. He was prompt with communication and for the job! Highly recommend and will use him again for future projects!

I’ve had a number of contractors come to our house but Nermin was one of the most genuine, fair, and thorough contractors. We needed to replace a carpet in a small bedroom and he worked hard to find a perfect match, replace the carpet and clean up other things in the room. I would highly recommend him!

Nermin installed new screen doors at our house, and fixed two doors that were showing their age. He was on time, very gracious, competent, and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Nermin was very professional and efficient. Always on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. They got to the job and finished ahead of schedule. The work solved my problem - rotten wood around two large windows and replacing a lot of rotten cedar siding. They cleaned and tidied the work site when they were done.
