Top To Bottom Cleaning Services

We had this company do a deep clean that we needed after a very bad move and health problems. We were looking for somebody who was understanding of the situation and would take stress from us in what was already a stressful time. The cleaners that came were fantastic; thorough, friendly, accommodating, professional. 6/5 stars. Unfortunately, communication with management for scheduling and pricing needs was less than ideal. The invoice we got had contradictions in amount, and what we had communicated for needed schedule following the deep clean was not acknowledged. We had been working with the manager for 3 wks, and every communication was around the surgery date, and she scheduled cleaning in surgery day, when I'd literally be in the hospital with my wife! I can understand some things slipping, but how can you build trust with somebody who doesn't even care to spell your name right in the invoice, even after you mention it and correct it on text? When you pay more for a cleaning service the premium is expected to handle the logistics, it should be as seamless as possible.
