Daniel Wright and his team have done an incredible job repairing the water damage in our commercial building. When it flooded we didn’t know what the fallout would be but they were able to walk us through it. Their response was lightning fast, communication has been excellent, they have shown expertise and helped us operate our businesses throughout the process. Very accommodating. I highly recommend Wright Way!

Daniel and the other people at Wright Way were fantastic. We had a burst pipe that flooded our family room in the middle of December. Daniel came out on a weekend and spent 2 long days getting the dry out underway. He was able to get our family room to the point where we could use it during the holidays and was very good about working around our holiday schedule. The rebuild process was quick and the work was of high quality. Everything is back to exactly how it was prior to the flood.

Daniel is extremely thorough and was constantly checking any work that had been done to ensure that it was done properly. He explained the entire process up front and as we went along and also documented everything that was done. He was even able to help us with dealing with our insurance company.

Daniel and all of the people from Wright Way were courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Wright Way did a wonderful job helping us through back-to-back water damage incidents. All of their employees were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They even went above and beyond to try and help us with an insurance adjuster who wouldn't budge. Wright Way adapted quickly when it became apparent that our insurance wouldn't give us a dime (shame on you, State Farm) and came up with a new plan that would fit our budget.

Wright Way is an easy recommendation, any future water incidents we have we will be calling them up right away.

Dan and Dillian were awesome to work with. Very respectful and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. They were out the very next day to do the restoration on my bedroom. Very up front on what was needed done and the cost. The crew they had working with the company were also well trained and very caring and respectful. We had some unfortunate water damage in our kitchen and Wright Way Cleaning & Restoration was referred to us by our plumber, and we cannot be more pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and work ethic that Daniel Wright and his team showed. He arrived immediately to do an initial assessment of the damages. He worked directly with our insurance company and made that entire process headache free. Daniel came to our house when the insurance adjuster visited, providing all of his documentation and photos in person. He helped us understand what we should expect from our insurance company in terms of covered items. Once that was complete, Daniel dispatched his team to start the cleanup and dry out process. They took special care to make sure that our cabinets and counter were saved. All of our belongings in our kitchen were carefully packed into boxes. They sealed off our kitchen for the dry out. Once the rebuild started, he took time out of his schedule to help us pick out flooring and tile. The rebuild process was very fast and it looks much better than before. Through every step of the process, he educated us on the specifics of the work being done and was always available for any questions or concerns. We truly felt that we were in the best hands possible.

I had a very good experience interacting with Dylan who helped with the restoration project of my bathroom after the leakage issue was fixed.
Dylan was very responsive to my calls, and closely followed up with the project. When I missed his emails and not responding, he would follow up with calls/text messages within a short period of time to make sure I got them.
When the plumber found out a faucet issue in the sink after restoration (the house is old and the faucet's not restorable), he wouldn't mind giving it a try to negotiate with my insurance company to see if it could get covered and it got covered.
He is trustworthy giving me helpful advise (helping me with questions about faucet and researched for me a brand with low VOC adhesive for my vinyl sheet) throughout the project. My interactions with other staff from Wright Way have been very pleasant as well, like Tommy and his teammate and Tina. They are always very polite.
Wright Way was the first company who responded to my quote and the owner Daniel immediately scheduled a time to come to my house to check the extent of water damage and explained the entire process in great details before other companies did.
Upfront, the owner set the expectation how long the project would typically take with the demolition and restoration so I wouldn't be surprised.
Overall, great experience with the crew from Wright Way, especially with Dylan since he's the one whom I spent most of the time interacting with.

There were a lot of moving parts to my job. Water mitigation, asbestos removal, drywall, cabinet restoration, and painting. I didn't use their plumber because it was damage my plumber discovered that lead me to scheduling this company.The whole job took 2 months. Overall, Wright Way stayed in contact and helped me understand what they were doing each step of the way. They were sensitive to my budget needs. All the service guys were polite and did a good job. I like the look of my kitchen and family room after they completed the work.

Daniel Wright was a fantastic, courteous, and generous contractor. I was referred to his business by HomeAdvisor and Daniel was able to see me the next day. He was prompt and respectful of my personal space, and eventually determined using this thermal equipment that heavy construction wasn't necessary after all. I'm greatly appreciative to Daniel for his expertise and highly recommend him and his company to anyone with moisture issues in their house.

I'm a real estate broker and had clients selling a home when we discovered water damage. Wright Way stepped up to the plate and got the job done at a fair price and worked day and night to ensure that the home would close in time for the new owners. I would use their services again in a heartbeat. We had multiple contractors come out who were just looking at the potential insurance dollars. I found out that a leaking rain gutter had caused water damage and an infestation of carpenter ants that destroyed a wall and part of the sill plate of our house's foundation. I called Wright Way and Daniel the owner came out to consult with me about an approach to restoration and repair. His crew tore out the damaged area and I got several bids on the restoration work. I ended up hiring Wright Way to do the reconstruction because of his excellent customer service and attention to detail. His repair crew was very professional and the project was completed at a competitive price with no cost overruns, restoring my house to 'as good as new' condition. Highly recommended!

I called Wright Way regarding a soaked ceiling in our downstairs bathroom. The owner, Daniel Wright, came quickly and began the process of identifying and starting the mitigation caused by the water damage. He was helpful in clearly indicating what the problem likely was and what the mitigation process would look like. He did not press me to choose his company to continue the work. After confirming I wanted his business to do the work, his employees began the work in the morning, worked diligently and were reasonable in explaining things when I had questions. Mr. Wright kept me up-to-date on the mitigation, and within several days the work was completed. My home insurance began working with the process, and I chose Wright Way for the repair process.

The repair took somewhat longer, primarily due to waiting on my insurance company. I also communicated to him we were not in a hurry to do the repair as we were considering some upgrades to the areas of damage. Once we were ready to move forward, Mr. Wright and his project coordination worked around our having a four month old with start times for the day, sent the necessary sub-contractors, and the work was completed in 1.5 weeks once they began.

I was grateful for choosing Wright Way and am happy to recommend them.

Eddie especially went above and beyond paying close attention to detail. He is definitely a team leader with excellent communication skills, both to the client and his coworkers.
